Answer:	I am 5 foot 10 inches and the regular sized sleeping bag is just the right fit, with plenty of room for the feet. I would recommend you order the next size up for someone 6 feet tall, I think they call it XL size. You will need to order two bags of the same size, one with a left handed zipper and one with a right handed zipper, so they can be zipped together. It won't matter if one bag is a bit big for you, it will still be very warm and comfortable. I found this bag very good value for the money and comparable to sleeping bags that sell for 4 times the price in camping stores. Also this bag can be washed if needed, unlike the down filled bags which are very difficult to maintain.

I think that when we checked on the "comfort zone" of this bag, it indicated 50 to 70F. If you were to try to sleep where it got less than 50, you would have to have extra "warm-making" stuff. Our little girls (elementary aged) like to get in their bags at night and read sometimes, in our home. I don't think they'd be comfortable if the temps were less than 50 or more than 70 degrees. Answer:	they are so light I would suggest one inside of the other as a possibility. I like to use at least a sheet or other blanket around me when the temps get below 59* F while using. Supper slippery on hammock depending on material. Use an ultra lightweight tyvac sheet or general blanket you will want that under you & between hammock. Happy Camping :-)
