Answer:	Yes, you can. There are two hot wires going to the fan - black and blue. And one common wire - white. Wire the black and white to the fan switch. Wire the blue and white to the light switch. So you'll need a 12-3 cable (2 hots, one common, one bare copper ground). Disclaimer: I'm not an electrician, but I do all my own electrical, took home wiring as an elective in high school, and recently smoked a receptacle because I miswired it.

Buy something that is CLEARLY rated by industry standard specs.

Answer:	They are made of metal. The fan is smaller than I expected but I'm very happy with it!

Answer:	It comes with a 14 watt bulb. Probably best not to go above that. This is for the new system of labeling not the old school 40, 60 and so on.

Answer:	It’s a small but very powerful fan. It would exhaust fumes if the room isn’t huge and it’s close enough to a window / door.

Answer:	This is not UL rated, but it is ETL safety certified. This does have a 3 pronged plug for industrial use.

Answer:	It sure what you mean by double ball bearing? It’s an awesome fan and in my 288 square foot shop it kept it cool all summer just on the low setting.

Answer:	The fan does not have any more noise than a box fan. It certainly is not as loud as drum fan.
