Question:	When you have the option of right or left zipper on a sleeping bag what does that mean
Answer:	If you connect them & lay them on their opposite sides & have the zipper in the middle, which sucks because for one to get out the other is bothered & gets cold...or you can do it right & just open them both up and zip them together. If you do it that way, you have one on bottom & one on top. You only need a left & right zipper if the bottom doesn’t open, which this does & you have a mummy like top to wrap around your head, which this doesn’t. Then you have zipper on both sides & it works much better!
Question:	does the lining inside detach and bunch up in lumps after washing? my current synthetic (upside: water proof) bag is a nightmare after having been washed. it is paper thin in most parts, and lumpy in others--completely useless. the last time I slept on it I was shivering and miserable from the lack of protection. : ( I
Answer:	I believe since this bag is a heavier canvas and cotton inside it should hold up extremely well. I love mine and you shouldn't have to wash this one often. When you do have to wash it; you will want to go old school and air dry it, not machine dry, to avoid the bad lumping of the insulation. Good Luck and hope this helps.
