Answer:	Hi, Great question. The mattress is about 20 pounds and come in a box which is 18x14x8. It is possible to get the unit back into the box after use, however most people do not fold it that tightly and keep it in the storage bag which also comes with the unit. Truth be honest though, the Dream Series is designed for indoor use and is not really meant to be used for camping or in the outdoors. The unit has an internal motor that can only be powered with a wall outlet. No external motors or battery operated motors can be used to inflate the mattress. Also, the mattress thickness is designed for a clean, flat indoor surface and is not meant to withstand punctures from rocks and sticks like you would often find on the bottom of or underneath a tent. We are in the process of developing a unit specifically intended for camping but it still being tested and will not be available for purchase for a few more months. We are a family business that prides ourselves on our integrity and when our product is not right for a customer we always try to be upfront, rather than push the sale and potentially have them call us with a problem later on. We wanted to do the same in this case. We hate losing a customer but think you will be better served with an air mattress that is intended for outdoor use. Answer:	It's an amazing air mattress for the purpose of limited use; camping, short term bed, visitors, vacation. After about 2 years and probably close to 50 nights slept on it I found it start to leak slowly but i expected this knowing what air mattresses are. I would not recommend it for long term use unless it's 1 or 2 months.

Answer:	Cesar, The SoundAsleep Dream series is designed to be a very durable mattress. While the real purpose of any air mattress is to be used on a temporary basis, closer to a couple of times a week or month, this mattress will hold up for the continued 2 month use. Any period of time longer than that and you are likely moving beyond the traditional scope of use for the mattress. We do recommend a few tips for using your air mattress including: 1) fulling inflating and deflating the mattress a couple of times after you receive it to allow the composite material to fully stretch out, 2) topping up the mattress every couple of days with 10 - 15 seconds of air. Question:	How is the coil springs sound? Quiet or noisy? Thanks
Answer:	Coils are mostly quiet thanks to the foam layer on top. But if you sit down really hard or jump around, you can hear and feel them. Similar to what you would hear from jumping on a full coil mattress.
Question:	Is this mattress firm or plush? I've read conflicting information
Answer:	I have figured out why there is such a discrepancy in firmness. First of all, the measure is subjective, there isn't an objective or agreed upon scale. Regardless, I think the wide range of people's experience is in large part based upon their weight. Overall, heavier people have been pleased with its firmness, lighter people experience it as less firm. I just stayed at a motel that installed these recently in all their rooms. Finally I get a chance to try it out! I am very light, and found it very comfy at first, given how I sunk in at all pressure points. However sleeping was difficult as I felt too sunk in, like drowning in foam. A traditional mattress "pushed back" up against you when you move, but this doesn't. I then talked to another person staying there, a large person, who felt it was firm. Why? His weight compresses the foam more, which then shifts the force down upon the firmer springs. My thought is that this is, in the end, better for heavier people who want to feel support, and lighter people who want to sink into a cloud. However, at this price I am sure that both foam and springs will not endure. Then why the generous warranty? 1) most people will not follow-up on such warranties, even if they safe-kept the sales receipt, and, 2) if you can get them to honor the warranty (there may be technicalities and measurements and such that discourage warranty claims) you may simply be offered a discount on another mattress, which is standard, just like with tire warranties. Unless you want to feel like a lessee of the bed, getting a new one discounted every 2-3 years --I know I wouldn't want to get another if the first didn't last!-- you will just end up giving up on it. This mattress was one of the my 4 finalist after many hours of research. It is now OFF MY LIST.

Answer:	Great question as I have a 180 lb 26 year old who is emotionally 4. (Autism) He bounces! Bounces! Bounces! He has broken countless pieces of furniture. Couches, chairs, even a toilet. He has destroyed beds since he was 8 years old. Frames, box springs, mattresses. I will try this mattress with his old foam mattress under it on a steel frame that has held up well. He hasn’t had Springs for years at the expense of foam which only holds up to his bouncing, hanging off the edge in the same place, and falling on it from standing, for 12-18 mos. Wish us luck!

Answer:	I’m 220lbs and it started sinking for me from the moment I got it. No support at all. Maybe that’s just how all memory foam mattresses are for heavier people, I don’t know. I’m returning it and getting a hybrid mattress instead.

Answer:	Medium firm.
Question:	Is this gel foam memory mattress - latex free
Answer:	Idk. I ordered 3 of these pillows in firm. One was very firm and the other two were a lot softer but all three were firm according to the label. We wanted them all to be very firm so it was a little disappointing.
Question:	how well does this mattress work for bigger people between 350 and 400 lb
Answer:	Plush. I was having neck pain and this pillow supported my neck without being firm and hard. Best pillow ever!!
Question:	If u guys having this matters for an year , is it still firm or any sunken in middle

Question:	Is this a mattress topper or a mattress? I got my toddler a foam mattress from a store and its so so hot. Does it go on top? Is this supportive alone
Answer:	Its is a mattress kind of thing, you can use it as mattress and also you can use it as topper on the hot mattress to reduce the heat
Question:	Does this mattress work for an adult?? as a visitor? not to use for long time
Answer:	As an adult I wouldn't use this as a primary mattress, but I think it would be fine for short term visitors. I'd be fine sleeping on it in that type of a scenario.
Question:	Would this be a good mattress (5") for a top twin bunk? Also, I believe that the bunk bed comes with slats, would I need to get a solid plyboard too
Answer:	This is an excellent mattress for the top bunk. It’s comfy even if we lay w/her for a bit and fits well in their more shallow bases, so we didn’t fear her rolling/slipping out. We got one for our daughter’s IKEA bed (close slat base), another for our son’s loft-bed (flat, solid base) then ordered a third for our guest room daybed. That had wire mesh base and was for an adult, so if had a couple hard-ish spots after a few days. BUT we added a flat (thin plywood) platform underneath & grabbed an inexpensive quilted mattress pad and she said it was great (180lb 5’7” older female visiting 3 weeks). So I’d say this is a GREAT kids bunk or guest room option.
Question:	What is the weight limit? I have a great dane and he will get to 200 lb and I need to make sure this will support him well enough on the floor
