We would also, like any other seller, need an NPN number to qualify and would have to make an application with the Canadian Government to do so. Answer:	To answer your question, Dr. Oz mentions on his site, and it's generally accepted that 350 mg is the recommended dosage for taking WHEAT-BASED Phytoceramides.
