Question:	Are there any replacement caps available that do NOT have a spigot? I'm looking for a more reliable sealing solution than trusting teflon tape
Answer:	I'm pretty sure Teflon is Carcinogenic and I can't imagine using it on a water jug! I'd try a clean plastic sandwich baggie as a gasket if I was putting the spout back inside,. Or just unscrew the cap and put one (or wax paper doubled up) over the opening and rescrew spigot/cap if leaving the spout on while transporting.
Question:	Is the container BHP (?) free
Answer:	Mine clearly state on the containers in English “FDA approved and BPA free”. In French it says “sans BPA”, meaning without BPA.
Question:	How many mils thick is this
Answer:	The wall thickness is 4 millimeters which is about 160 mils which is about 5/32 inches. It is a rigid container but not stackable. They are almost 60 pounds when full and placing just one on top of another will cause the bottom jug to bulge.
Question:	What are the dimensions of this container: total height, width, thickness
Answer:	Sitting upright, it's supposed to have an 11"x11.3" base. I'd call it more like a fat 12"x12" When you fill it with water, the sides bulge and it will not fit in the same space it fits when empty. For instance, it does not fit into an RV stairwell when full.

Question:	Can the spigot be turned around and placed inside the can (like some red gas cans)? I don’t want a line of these tanks with spigots sticking up stored
Answer:	I was able to fit 5 lbs of spaghetti noodles in one of the bins after taking the noodles out of the boxes. With 5 lbs, it is pretty full & I had to shake the container a bit to get the noodles to settle in without leaving extra space. I got 5 lbs of angel hair to fit in the other bin.. wider noodles like fettuccine might only fit 4 lbs out of the packaging.
Question:	Can I buy just the spigot o ring
Answer:	The opening is plenty wide to fit baking cups. What a great idea!
Question:	Where can I get replacement caps, all 4 of mine split open around the threads, with the hole or just a cap
Answer:	My best guess is it will hold up to 2 bags. I depends on how long the noodles are.If the following helps - I have only used mine to hold flour. It holds a 5 lb bag with substantial room left over. Good luck

Question:	If I used this for disaster kit water how often would I need to change out the water? 2yrs
Answer:	I read somewhere years ago start with a clean container, fill with water and add 1/2-1 teaspoon chlorine per gallon, seal and store in a dark place like a closet and it would keep indefinitely. I had water stored that way, some was 5 yrs old. When we moved before I dumped them I tried the water, tasted like water. They were stored in a closet and all were clean and clear yrs later.

Answer:	Both the 5 and 10 liter containers I received are heavy duty and very well made. The large screw on caps have a ratchet lock to prevent accidental opening. The free standing design makes filling easy and the reinforced carry handles are strong. Should last years with reasonable care. I fill them 2/3 full and freeze for double duty in coolers.

Answer:	Boiling hot, no. As hot as tap water gets, yes.
Question:	How do you clean them on the inside so slime doesn't build up after awhile
Answer:	The next time I plan on using ours, I'll take a tablespoon of bleach and about a quart of warm water, and add a few paper towels to it. Shake it well let it sit for about 10 minutes and then rinse well. The paper towel act as a "scrubbing" on the inside, he bleach will kill everything you'd be concerned about.
