Answer:	It is super lightweight, it's not a lot of work at all and yes sirree Bob it absolutely IS much more compact than a normal folding chair which to me are bulky AF. I love mine for concerts and extra seating. It even rocks a bit. I can fit this chair in my freaking BACKPACK, or even a purse. I have this chair and can vouch for it 100%. I have rotator cuff issues and would much rather tote around this 2 lb chair that folds down to less than 12", than a 7 or 8 lb, three foot tall folding lawn chair. Why wouldn't everyone buy this?

Answer:	I am 6'2 and weigh 230Lbs. Given its intended use (i.e. for lightweight camping/backpacking), I consider the chair comfortable. You can buy a more comfortable chair, but it will be considerably larger and heavier (IMHO).
Question:	Is this comfotable enough to sit on all day
Answer:	Why would you want to sit all day? It's bad for you! I just use this for backpack trips where weight is of prime importance. It's the most comfortable chair for evenings at a backcountry camp with good back support for only 1 lb. But I doubt it would be very comfortable for all day. You'd want a bigger, cushier chair which would be much heavier. If weight isn't important, get something else which will be more comfortable and less costly (you pay extra for that lightweight). For backpacking, there's no better chair.
Question:	Similar chairs are very hard to pull the corner pockets of the seat over the rods. Does this have the same issue? Thanks
Answer:	It does. There are a few solutions. Here's one.: Place the long rods of the seat back into the pockets first. Place those ends on the ground, cloth side up. One at a time bend the long rods using their leverage against the ground and grasping the shorter rods to do it. HERE'S AN EXTRA PIECE OF INFO.: This chair will sink into sand or dirt and spill you onto the ground. It only stands on solid surfaces. Helinox will sell you an accessory (for another $25-$30!! and more weight) to overcome this issue.

Answer:	It would but 2 cups, 16 oz takes around 12.5 min. Adjust distance of can to pot to 1 3/8". It makes a difference.6-9 cups would take a while. Coleman propane stove is better for a big pot of coffee.Sterno's main advantage is for cooking indoors. Safer.

Answer:	I like the Esbit alcohol burner for indoor use. That type of burner uses denatured alcohol which is relatively inexpensive and easy to find. 3 ounces of denatured alcohol will give approximately 30 minutes of burn time. You can find it at Home Depot, Walmart, paint stores, and other retailers that sell home improvement or painting supplies.
Question:	What is the height from the ground to the top of the chair
Answer:	Yes, the folding stove can be used indoors, but make sure that the fuel source is also safe for indoors use. The shelf on which the fuel sits is elevated about 1/2 inch from the ground, which prevents the surface underneath from being scorched. Nonetheless, I put the stove on a cutting board, just to be safe. I tried out the stove in my kitchen to prepare a few meals. The surface under the stove was not scorched; my smaller regular kitchen pots worked fine on it; and the stove cools down within a few minutes after the flame is extinguished. Of the various fuel types that I experimented with, the alcohol burner seemed to be the cheapest and most reliable. I hope this helps. ~Robin

There are sleeves sewn in at the top and bottom of the canvas, these ends are threaded through the ends of the chair and a wood dowel is inserted through the sleeve that holds the canvas in place. It can be hard to keep the dowel in the sleeve when setting up or folding up the chair, though.

We store them in the garage so not exposed to salt/air all the time and I don’t know how often they get used. Having said all that, these have held up well to rain and pool use for three weeks at a time a couple times a year.
