Answer:	Measuring tip to tip on the supportsame is 4 1/8 inches. I wouldn't go smaller than 3.5 but I think you're good. Make certain the stove is on a level surface. It works great. Get a small GSI coffee pot.

Answer:	Very adjustable. You can turn it up full (rocket) or turn it down for a nice simmer.
Question:	How long does a fuel canister last with this stove? Planning a trip would like to know how many canisters it would take for a week
Answer:	I recently took a 3 day 2 night trip with this stove and a single 110 gram canister. I Used it to make breakfast 2 cups water in a Mountain House scrambled eggs with bacon and 2 large cups of coffee. Then dinner was very similar. So I used it 4 times to boil about 4 cups of water each time. I still had enough fuel left for a couple more meals. Use a windscreen, a wide base pot like an Imusa .9 quart grease pot. I would think a single 230 to 250 gram canister would be enough. If you want to have a backup use an alcohol stove. I do regardless.

Answer:	Any canisters of that size that has an Isobutane/butane mix will work regardless of the brand. Coleman, Jet Boil, Snowpeak, Msr canisters are really all the same fuel and will work. Always be sure to read the manual to make sure and use proper assembly instructions.

Answer:	On a stable, level surface I suppose you could. Curious why you would backpack with a 12” skillet though.
Question:	does the MSR tank come w/ this
Answer:	Hi the MSR St90ove doesn't include a tank. There are three sizes, small, medium, large - where I use a medium (600mL) which lasts two weeks of hardcore usage when bicycle touring. They also fit into water bottle cages on a bicycle which is quite nice for the size and to make it easier to pack, which could also work if you are backpacking and need to strap it onto something. The pump assembly comes with the stove.
Question:	How flexible is the fuel line? And can the fuel battle operate Aaron an angle other than parallel to the table (45 degree incline?g
Answer:	The fuel line provided with the stove is moderately stiff when new and becomes a little more supple with use. When new it will take a 90 degree bend without much effort but it is short and making such a bend would place the fuel bottle too close to the burner unit to be safe and/or to use the wind shield. I have not experimented with changing the angle/tilt of the fuel bottle. At some point it will stop feeding fuel to the stove but I don't know what that angle is. Rather than trial and error I would suggest a question to the manufacturer as the safest alternative for figuring this out. You have me wondering though so I may beat you to the answer if someone else responding to your question doesn't already have the answer.

Answer:	This is same as rei. Wind screen / heat reflector, pump, sack, and some basic tools/maintenance stuff. You will need to buy fuel bottle (small is good for weekend trips I rarely use half of that to boil water for meals for 2-3 ppl, a full bottle easily would last me 3-4 days), fuel ( I use Coleman camp gas/ white gas, bit I believe you can also use kerosene or diesel), and whatever pot you want to cook/boil with. Very good stove! Had mine about a year and its so much nicer than any other stove I've used.

Question:	what stand (tripod) do you guys use
Answer:	I do not use a tripod with the stove and it is very stable.
Question:	I think the one i bought has broken. there is no gas flow. how can i get fixed? and how much will it cost
Answer:	I have had very good success with exchanging MSR products with MSR, normally at no cost. I live in the Puget Sound area of Washington state, so it is just a short drive. I would strongly recommend that you give MSR a call. My 25 year history with MSR has been fantastic with me just having to occasionally pay for the shipping of the item to MSR. It is worth getting fixed. I have used mine numerous time while mountain climbing is very cold, windy and rainy conditions with no issues!
Question:	Does the product package include gas canister? Is the fuel canister sold separately
Answer:	This product does not include a fuel canister, it must be purchased separately. I would suggest purchasing MSR fuel apposed to other brands. I have fond that MSR uses a blend of 80% isobutane and 20% propane while most others us a 70/30 blend. At higher elevations and colder weather the 80/20 mixture performs much better than the 70/30 mix.
Question:	What is the max altitude this stove will work at
Answer:	I've used it at 14,433 feet on top of Mount Elbert in Colorado before. No issues. The only issue is ambient temperature. Once you get down to 20F or so, the Isobutate does not evaporate very fast, so the gas pressure drops way down, and the burner doesn't put out nearly as much heat. A simple solution to this is to bring a small plastic bowl, and pour some warm water in the bowl, then put the gas cylinder (With stove on top) in the water. The heat from the water will force the evaporation of the gas, and bring the stove back to full power. (Careful, HOT water could cause the cylinder to over pressurize. I get the water to around 100F temp and it works great.

Question:	Can a coleman canister (the dark green one) thread to this
Answer:	Hold the handle, which stays quite cool, and tilt the pot til the contents of the pot pour into the bowl or cup provided. Very similar to how you would handle a traditional home cooking pot.
Question:	I'm assuming that pot is very hot after cooking, how do you get the food and drink in the pot into the cup or bowl with what is inside this kit
Answer:	No...you'll need to buy one locally, as they are very expensive to purchase and ship online, due to their hazardous properties.

Answer:	Look at the photos guys-it includes the _original_ pocket rocket stove. The Pocket Rocket 2 is a little smaller and slightly different design.

Question:	Is the ring you turn to increase flame supposed to be broken? It’s split in one part. Not sure if mine was damaged on arrival or if it’s meant
Answer:	No,return it and get a new one.because if you don’t turn it in the right way, it might force it to come off. If that happens, you have to put it back into its place

Answer:	Other fuel cans are fine.
Question:	Can you use butane/propane mix instead of isobutane/propane mix? Im not going in the mountains. Kayak trip in Arkansas
Answer:	You can use either. The difference between the butane and Isobutane is their vapor pressure point. Butane is the lowest perfoming with the lowest pressure and would not be good in a very cold environment.
Question:	Why can’t this be delivered to me in Southern California
Answer:	Most likely because Jetboil doesn’t want to get sued in case their product is used in the next major fire. California has become increasingly restrictive on camping stoves as of late due to to ever-increasing wild fire hazards.

Question:	Would it work with an 8 oz Butane canister from Coleman
Answer:	No, you need Isopro (butane/propane) mixed blend canister type fuel that screws on. The butane fuel cans that you use on lunchbox stoves do not work.
Question:	Can I use indoors
Answer:	It's generally a bad idea to use propane or butane stoves indoors. They often don't fully combust, so you can get unburnt fuel gas and carbon monoxide in the room. If you have very good insulation (a fume hood or a fan blowing out an open window) then it's safer.
Question:	I'm looking at a 48oz portable tea kettle. How long would it take for this to boil 48 ounces
Answer:	This is a small pocket sized stove. My concern would be safety of having a large vessel staying on the small stove. This stove is for heating small things like a can of soup or water for 1 - 2 people to have coffee. That said, it is a wonderful stove for small jobs. 48 ozs. will require a medium sized pot and I'd trust it on this stove only if I had my hand on the pot handle at all times to support it. I'd guess 5 - 10 mins. to bring 48 oz. to slow boil. I don't know for sure because I would not use this stove to boil that much water.

Question:	Can you cook chilli in this? How badly does food stick to the pot
Answer:	They have a separate pan with same dedicated bottom that would be better for warming up chili. The included pot is pretty deep and stirring is a challenge. I like the pot and the pan. So worth it.
Question:	does this have pre-heat loop so you can flip the canister in cold weather
Answer:	No, this it does not have a pre-heat loop, and that is not needed with the WindBuner stoves. The Windburner and Reactor stoves use a pressure regulator, so the stove will run well at a very wide variety of temperatures, altitudes and fuel even with a low fuel level in the canister without the need for the canister to be inverted. If the temperature is close to freezing, the fuel canister can be placed in a small dish of water, so that the canister is about 2/3 to 3/4 submerged. The liquid water will keep the canister from dropping below freezing as the fuel expands and leaves the canister to be burned in the stove. - The MSR Customer Service Team
Question:	Does the 1.8 pot/cup lock in to base? Have a twist lock or anything
Answer:	No, it does not. But the 1l does. Not having the locking mechanism of the 1l is one of the complaints about this system. Owning both, I’ve not gotten to actually use the 1.8, hoping to this weekend, but I do not feel it would be an issue. One just needs to be more mindful of their cooking.
Question:	Is the fuel specific to this system? if so where can i purchase it if i’m on the road? and how many hours of fuel do you get of one tank
Answer:	It’s standard backpacking LNG. I don’t think it has to say MSR on the fuel tank to work. The threads and valve are standard across many brands of camp fuel.

Answer:	This model Solo stove has been equipped with the French press, so there is no room containing pan support. And we haven't started to sell pan support seperately, but we will launch some replacemement parts for the stove next year.

Answer:	The Bluu fast boiling stoves fit with EN417 standard fuel canister, don't fit all coleman fuel canister.

Answer:	The 110g gas canister could be packed into the cup, 220g canister is big for the solo model. However, 220g gas canister is suitable for the Mount and Mega model.

Question:	Any problems staying lit on windy days
Answer:	No, I had two of them brand new and both failed on their own with zero wind. Sent both of them back. Was not reliable to take to the woods. No response from seller whatsoever.
Question:	As the stove heats up the flame diminishes until it goes out completely, has anyone seen this problem and how did you fix it? Fine once cool again
Answer:	I just bought two of them. Brand new. Both exhibit the same symptoms. When the base heats up, the flame diminishes within a minute. Both o-rings are brand new.
Question:	What Fuel works with this item
Answer:	It uses the typical fuel canisters sold at camping/outdoor stores. The fuel is usually an isobutane/propane mix. My preferred brand is Snow Peak Giga Power fuel, but the other brands are basically identical. The Snow Peak brand is usually a little cheaper than other brands and their canister has 0.5 oz more fuel in them.
Question:	My O-Ring is damaged and doesn't seal, are there replacements? What size is it
Answer:	1.8 mm thick with an 8 mm inside diameter. O-ring can be ordered from online stores. Viton o-rings would be an upgrade. Buna-N would be a normal o-ring.

The stove generates 2700W which corresponds to about 9200 BTU/hr. So regardless of its small size the stove should be pretty powerful.

​From our experience the little BRS stove brings 2 cups (~0.5 L) of water from a natural source (~15C/52F) in about 2'30" to 2'50" depending on air temperature, water temperature, wind, etc. I mostly use an 1 L wide aluminum pot with a lid and use a small wind screen to reflect some heat.

Answer:	Unlike other products, the OAKVUE camping stove is already assembled on three sides. If iron rod is attached to the last side, it can be easily assembled.

Answer:	We fixed some inconveniences. First, unlike the other seller's stove, we made the product much easier to assemble. Second, we went through a process of blunting the edges of the product to prevent hand cuts and injuries. Also all hinges are strong enough to withstand hot fire.
