Answer:	probably not, maybe if you put large chunks of ice instead of small ice and you cover it with a towel and keep it out of direct sunlight. I use very large ice cubes like 3 inch by 5 inch, I usually put two plus some loose small ice after 6 hours the large ice had not melted yet. I haven't tested it out in the sun on a hot day from morning to night for a full 12 hr test.

Answer:	I'm not sure what an air port is but I can tell you this cooler does not keep things cold for an extended period of time. Even with ice packs before the end of the day the ice packs are thawed. Answer:	I keep my Surface Pro in the middle compartment all the time with cold lunch in the back compartment through 10-12 hour shifts on a regular basis. You will be just fine. Just note thatthis pack is not as large as it appears and you likely will not fit anything much bigger than a 13" laptop in the middle compartment.
