Answer:	It is strictly superior in my opinion. Where I live, it is very dry, and plain rubber tips dry out and break within a month or two. The responsiveness is great; micro-knit tips glide across the screen with very little skipping, whereas rubber tips may stick and drag. Micro-knit tips also work better on screens that have screen protectors. I have been using the same micro-knit stylus for a year and I am a heavy stylus user (I take all my class notes on my iPad).
Question:	what is the size of the tip
Answer:	The size of the tip is 1/4 inch, maybe 5/16ths. It is not a pinpoint. But it has a rounded soft head. The full width does not touch.
