Answer:	You twist the orange part counter-clockwise to open the valve, then you bite on the blue nozzle and suck the water like a straw. Took me a while to figure it out. I thought you only had to bite on the blue nozzle to drink.

Answer:	I purchased one in early 2016 & so far it has went on numerous trips with me, including touring through Italy, Switzerland, France, Greece, Spain & Portugal & it is still holding up perfectly. It has been filled with 4 bottled waters at a time in an insulated lunch bag that I put down in the day pack, along with my small purse holding accessories,sunscreen, a jacket, snacks, etc, so it's usually pretty stuffed, the weight is pretty heavy & it still holds up every time. I'm here to purchase a second one so my husband & I both have one. The new one, along with the old one will be tripping with us to Sedona, AZ/Grand Canyon in late March & to London & Santorini, Greece in May/June.

Answer:	There IS actually one small internal pocket. The design of this is rather clever. The same pocket (or fabric case) that the entire backpack fits into becomes an internal pocket with zipper when the backpack is out of this case.
