Answer:	Velco straps: 13 7/8" long X 1 7/8" wide. This strap is made of stretch material. Wrist straps: 15 1/2" long X 1 2/8" wide. Both straps are reasonably long enousgh. They'd easily work on ankles or almost any part of the arm. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I'm not sure exactly what that means but I venture to say yes. The strap or handle that joins together and meets and is then secured together with a Velcro strap is quite long. I feel it could be looped over a handle from a rolling suitcase . I've used it now 4 times on Frontier and bag fits under seat in front of me sideways. Very happy with product.

Answer:	I wear them a little tight so they do not move, but the material itself is not uncomfortable. I would not want my underwear made of the stuff, but it is fine on bare skin.

Answer:	1.5 inches

Answer:	yes, it fit for small women and kids, the length of strap is adjustable.
Question:	How long is the battery life? Can it replace the battery
Answer:	These use "hook and loop" type velcro. My bands are each about 17" long. One end has about 1 3/4" of the rough (hook?) velcro and the other end has 9 3/4" of the smooth (loop?) velcro. If I attach these together making it as tight as possible, the inside length is about 6 1/2" long. You could also attach it such that a little of the hook velcro extends beyond the beginning of the loop velcro and that should make it tight even if the wrist is smaller than 6 1/2".
Question:	I want to walk my dog with it, but most of the dogs I've seen can only be seen by cars coming from behind. Can you see the light from the front
Answer:	Had it for 10 months and still going strong. I cannot see how the reflectors can wear out.
