In order to attach a race bib to your fuel belt, you simply need to create a loop by inserting the end of cord in the toggle. Answer:	I don't have the small but the large. The large is 38.5" end to end. I'm a 33" waist, and it fits just fine (any smaller and I would need the next size down). There is a sizing guide on their website: http://www.fuelbelt.com/s.nl/it.A/id.1345/.f Also keep in mind you have about 4 inches of velcro that overlap, so there is a couple of inches of play.
Question:	There is no Small/Medium size, as has been shown here. There is either Small or Medium. So, which one is it for the Small/Medium one here
Answer:	Ignore my previous post, apologies. My mistake - this is the Revenge Belt. This is what I have. I run with it over my shirt, but on warm days (e.g. long runs early morning where its above 60 degrees F, I run w/no shirt. Never had a problem then either. I would just cinch it up a bit more. Go with a small if you want, but I think the small is more for 26-28 waist, since remember, this has got to fit women too. amazon is great about returns anyway. I believe I got mine on Amazon Warehouse for like half price. And yes, I do think the velcro is the key here to making the medium snug or loose fit (whichever you prefer).
