Answer:	Mine fall down to but its never really been a problem I've been able to use the tire to lift the hook back up

Answer:	I can't address this directly since I;ve got 700x35 tires -- but I got the "hybrid" CLUG which is rated for 33-42mm tires so I'm also at the lower end of the range. There's a no wobble, as the thing expands to accept the tire and then closes around it. But there's a bit of slop in how the rest of the bike sits on the ground. I've had it for more than six months now and have never had a problem mounting the bike.

Answer:	The instructions say not to use it in drywall... only wooden stud, brick, or concrete. There's not much force on it when the bike is hanging there, but if you have thick tires, it seems like it puts a lot of force on the screws when pulling the bike out of the clip.
Question:	is there a lock accessory to lock the rack to the 2" receiver? also, a sleeve to make the rack more secure in the receiver
Answer:	I do not recall which size drill bit I used be cause I simply used a bit smaller in diameter than the screw. This method was sufficient for me to screw it into a wall. The main concern is what kind of wall or surface you plan to screw into.

Answer:	I have a GMC Denali pick up and I pull a 32 ft trailer and can easily load and unload my bikes to the 250 tilt away. Because of the hitch you need help to negotiate it but it can be done.

Answer:	Mine might not be the same model, but it came with an adapter to increase the size of the bar to 2" square, and a bolt that tightens the bar against the inside of the receiver hitch. Are you using both of those parts?

Answer:	David, the "lock" option is a hole on the Bolt Pin which screws thru the 2" recievers hole. You can put a smallish padlock thru it. Minor security but works ok. There is also a 'loop' part on the hitch frame for a small - medium cable lock to go thru, to secure bike to rack. Yes there is an 'aluminum spacer / adaptor that makes the 1 1/4" frame larger for larger receiver. I like this rack a lot. It can be a bit light for two heavy mountain bikes. I put an MTB & my FAT Bike (40# + 30#) and it was a bit much. Just keep it under than & its great. Very affordable platform rack works slick & fits Roadbike to FAT 26 x 4.00 tires that's why I got it. Waay cheaper than $700 Saris or Thule racks & less bulky than Hollywood plain steel racks. Answer:	My bikes are 26" and it connect without an issue. The connector has a spring connected to it, that allows up/down flexibility if the bike is not exactly the same height as the trailer.

Answer:	Well, the front piece is for the stroller. But you don't have to remove it, just take off the wheel. And snap the piece under the trailer.

Answer:	Everything comes with the trailer that you need to connect it to your bike. It is very easy to install, I think it took me 5 minutes. If the bike does happen to fall over, the trailer will stay upright. We have gone on May rides with this trailer, it is very easy to pull and comfortable for my little ones!

Answer:	It depends on how you attach the rack. The bottom hook can be placed either on the bottom of the bumper, which would prohibit you from opening the trunk, or you can hook it on the bottom of the trunk, which will allow you to access the trunk when the bikes are removed.

Answer:	I think someone could most likely just steal it right off the car. You could wrap a different strap from the bottom to the top of the bike rack through the inside of your car if you were worried about theft.

Answer:	Bikes with a non-horizontal top tube are all a bit different with their angles, so you have to move the bike around and see what works. Suffice it to say, your wheels will not be equidistance from the ground, but if the bike is stable, it is stable. Some newer bikes with shocks also have nontraditional top tubes. One good alternative is to spend a little bit of money and have a hitch attached to the car. I have a small hatchback. With a hitch, I can use a bike rack with wheel holders.
