Answer:	Yes, larger is better for sidewalk cracks. I have bought both the smaller 5.5inch diameter Cruizer and the larger 8.0inch diameter A5. Even better for safety and smooth ride, I replaced my 8.0inch urethane A5 wheels with 8.0 inch air wheels from Micro Kickboard and experienced no loss in roll.
Question:	Can tall people ride this comfortably? I'm a 6 foot 1 inch college student
Answer:	I don't agree that the height is just fine. My son is about 6 feet tall and the max height of the handlebars is just barely to his hips (fine for him, but not ideal if he were any taller). I've been frustrated that Razer does not put recommended rider height range anywhere on the item description and everywhere you look it says the handlebar is adjustable so there's no issue with height. Sure, you can ride it and have fun, but it will be right at the margin of ideal given your height. That said, I don't have any idea what the range of handlebar heights are for other adult scooters so this might be as good as you can do. Max weight is 100kg (220 lbs).

Answer:	Your height should be fine, just remember that the closer you get to the max weight of the scooter the lower the top speed and range will be. I'm almost at the max weight fully clothed and mine tops out at about 15 mph and the farthest I've traveled is 8 miles

Question:	does it have brake lights
Answer:	There are 3 sizes of rollers. There are 8 large, 6 medium, and six small. I have never been able to curl my hair with these all at once. You can order more of a certain size from Conair.com, but I'm unsure as to how many you could fit inside the heater as each slot is meant to hold a certain size of roller. My hair is naturally curly but will not hold the curl from these rollers. I would suggest looking online, perhaps on YouTube, on ways to curl your hair with a straightener. If you roll your hair into a pin curl and clamp it between the plates on a straightener, you get the same effect and a longer hold. I wouldn't recommend these.
Question:	is it water proof or resistent
Answer:	These have a slip which I have never had a problem with. I love these rollers. They get very hot within 5 minutes. I never use the clips that come with it nor do I use the side "heater". People complain about the clips on this set. They don't work well, it's true. I went to Sally 's and bought different clips. Great!
Question:	Is there a trick to folding it and using the clip? When I fold mine the clip barely engages and while walking with it the scooter comes apart
Answer:	The light is not change for me neither, but if wait one or max 2 minutes without open the box, I think is enough hot for start. I have very long and straight hair and its working perfectly for me ;)

Answer:	I found it very easy to open and close. It always clicked when in place. Proble for me was it took some pressure to release and then the plastic lever broke. Try pulling it past the lock position then release the lever. Good luck

Answer:	Wheels are 1 1/2 in wide the front span of the front wheels is 16 inches, and yes it is easy to handle. And will go through doors easily. Fits in the back of the van very easily not very heavy.

Answer:	The handlebars fold down to make it more compact -- a little tricky the first time you try it, but easy when you figure out how. I can easily transport it in my Honda FIT when folded, but can even squeeze it into certain spots when handlebars are up. And yeah, I'm no spring chicken, pushing 65.
Question:	I see others have pads that seem to be molded to a leg while this one is flat without raised sides. Is it easy to keep your leg on the pad
Answer:	I have several months of experience on both types of pads, and I will tell you the flat ones are better, but a fuzzy 2" foam pad on top of a flat one is optimal. The knee-divot model tends to have a topographical logo in the middle of the divot, which ends up making an impression on your leg. It's not fun, or comfortable. I had to deal with that for the better part of 6 months. I've had this knee rover model for about 3 years now, I put a 2" fuzzy foam pad on it 2 months ago, and that's the most comfortable a scooter has been.

The tires on this scooter are hard rubber so they will last for quite some time. I had a bicycle in the 1970s with hard rubber tires. Lasted for years.

Question:	Can it be documented on a plane
Answer:	These are sealed lead acid batteries. Same as in a car. The car keeps the batteries charged all of the time. Charging after use and immediately after use will extend battery life. If you go 10 minutes then you have used about 1/5 of battery. So 2.4 hours + another 1.2 hours for total of 3.6 will give full charge. Depending on battery and charger you can overcharge batteries. This can shorten battery life. Check on your charger.
Question:	Finally the max speed is 15.5 mph or 18.6 mph
Answer:	Do not ride it in the rain. There is a small gap between the deck and the batteries where water could easily get to the batteries and damage them, not to mention rusting the scooter(it is mostly metal). To keep it in good condition, don’t ride it through puddles or in the rain to prevent damage and rust. I only ride it when roads are totally dry or damp.(no puddles)
Question:	Will Segway honor the warranty if I buy this on amazon? My boyfriend bought one on amazon that stopped working and the warranty wasn’t honored
Answer:	There is a federal law that was passed which trumps all local and state laws on low powered e-scooters/bikes to promote electric vehicles. I don't have it in front of me. Google it. Don't expect your local cop to know this. Carry a copy of it with you if stopped. Even if ticketed, it will be thrown out of court.
Question:	How many pounds will it take
Answer:	The max range with hills I found is around 8 miles. If you go slower and ride where there are less hills, you could get farther and of course less weights on the scooter (say lighter person or without a backpack). I’d recommend getting the 9 ah batteries (3 12 v 9 ah led acid sealed batteries) which will extend the range by about 22 percent from the normal 7 ah batteries the scooter comes with. I waited until I needed to replace the batteries to make this switch, as the batteries only last 1-2 years even with proper care. No modifications are needed for this switch as the voltage stays the same, the only change is the battery capacity. This will give you more range.
