Answer:	Yes it is. Ignore the other replies. Once it is dry, it does not change and it does not need any fixative or anything the like. The way Chinese painting and calligraphy is mounted is a process that requires a paste be gently brushed to the back of the painting, so a backing can be applied to it to reinforce it and completely flatten it and allow the rich variations (shades and gradations, what the Chinese call the "five colors" of the ink,) to show. You dilute Chinese ink with water to obtain all the myriad shades of grey you want, but if you are using it right and you are using Chinese Xuan (usually referred to as rice) paper you are good to go and the ink does not come off after it dries! You can even soak the paper in water and dry it again! If you are however using other kinds of paper, I suggest you experiment with it as some papers do not absorb ink and differ from Chinese Xuan paper in many different ways.

In that event you will likely have to buy a real copy of Windows 10 Pro.

Question:	Can I use this to mac computer
Answer:	Marissa, right now the 24 pencil set of Prismacolor is a GREAT price $8+. Grab a set or two just to get a feel for them. My first colored pencils were Cra-Z-Art set of 72 from Wal-Mart for under $6 ! I've bought more of them because the assortment is so big and very happy with result. Cra-Z-Art also has a set of only 8-10 colors called Super Brights which really pop color, less than $2. Siva "vivid" are very nice and great price at Wal-Mart. too. Amazon carries all these but higher price . . . Friend and I started coloring at the same time and have completely different styles but we both agree on these brands and are disappointed with Prismacolor. The one exception, Prismacolor seems to have the only TRUE RED, other brands I've used are orangeish. We buy any gel pens or colored pencils we find at dollar, warehouse or 'big box' stores for a few dollars with large assortment of colors. Amazing what you find that work really good much cheaper than big name brands. Also we have found HOW you color is a major factor: she has a very light touch and complains about not getting strong color where I have a heavy hand and get much stronger color using same pencils. AND greyscale makes a gigantic difference as shading is done for you. I use lighter color first and add darker shades; she starts with dark and adds light shades. Basic design or complicated isn't really an issue it's what appeals to you and doing some experimenting. Dover or Creative Haven have mega coloring book choices at excellent prices $3-$5-6 instead of the $10-$15 books which are often disappointing. This is for FUN don't let others who are "very serious" or considered "advanced colorists" ruin the experience for you. Pick books, brands & colors that make you happy. You'll LOVE it !!!
Question:	Does it open word 2007 documents
Answer:	I bought a Derwent sharpener that holds the pencil while you turn the crank. It is designed to get a really sharp point. The upside is the lead doesn't break. The down side is it can really shorten the life of your pencil. But the good news is you control how many turns you use to preserve it. I have also heard that you can heat your pencil to try and heal the breaks but don't really recommend since you run the risk of melting your core away if you aren't careful. The best way is to hold the pencil still in your non-dominant hand and turn the sharpener instead of the pencil.
Question:	Do I need internet access to activate the programs. I have an XP computer which is not on the internet, but I would like to use this software
Answer:	Not entirely. Prismacolor listings usually include a product image which contains the color codes for the included colors. If you compare these against the color codes in other sets, you'll find most of them can be found in the larger set. All of the soft core colors in this set are included in the Soft Core set of 72, but this set also carries a few Verithin pencils with a harder lead for outlining. If you want a wider selection that will include all of the pencils in this set you should buy a Soft Core set of 72 or more and purchase the Verithin colors individually. You can buy sets of the Verithin pencils, but for manga you generally want blacks, purples and brown/reds for outlining. The Verithin set of 36 comes closest but you will still be missing VT 746 1/2. This is the dark brown/red.

Answer:	I don't use colored pencils myself - I work in watercolors. These are for my kids as they have gotten older and enjoy colored pencils (they are all pretty artistic). I start them off young with Crayola and then go to Prismacolor. I have bought the Premier for them but they have been gifts at Christmas and I let them know these are not like Crayola and they have to take care of them. I found two links for you. Answer:	It's a full version. I've had WordPerfect 8 since 1996 but it kept getting glitchier with every Windows upgrade. This version works seamlessly with Windows 10. The replacement for Corel Photohouse is wothless so I've kept my old version and use it for photos and the new version for writing.
