Answer:	No problems here and have washed many times. You shouldn't use fabric softener on towels - could that be the problem? Try washing with vinegar. And I usually use a homemade vinegar and baking soda softener as a softener for towels.

Answer:	They are great! I use them to remove makeup and they are much softer than traditional washcloths. But be aware that they are a litle smaller.

Answer:	I make my own solution starting with boiled water I melt organic unrefined cold pressed coconut oil in (approx 2 tablespoons to 5cups of water) and add 2tbs of a gentle baby soap (I use Dr Bronners Baby Mild Castille soap)I then have a big bottle of it to decant when needed into a small bottle on the changing table & one for on the go. I spray baby's bottom or spray the wipe & tend to only need 1 wipe!Cloth wipes are such a game changer & well worth the investment I have three packs of these & wash every 3rd day & never run out

Answer:	Package says “Made in USA of domestic and imported materials”. You didn’t ask but these are really good, heavy duty wipes.

Answer:	The active ingredient is listed as Benzalkonium Chloride, Antiseptic. Chlorohexidine is not listed anywhere as an ingredient.

Answer:	That is a good question. I purchased a larger box, which has been discarded. I have searched the individual packages and have not found an expiration date. I have about 8 packages of my original order. My order was delivered over 1.5 years ago. I have never called the manufacturer. Your question has prompted me to call.

Answer:	There is no expiration date noted on the packaging. I am using cloths from the case I bought a year ago. The sealing holds very well and I use a little care to be sure the air is pressed out of the pack and the seal flap is pressed back down flat. I heat my cloths by putting the package on top of a portable radiator and they still retain all their moisture through the last cloth in the package.

Answer:	Yes...former restaurant cook here. What I do is strain all of the drippings and pour them into a glass container like Kerr or Mason Jars and let stand for about 15 min. The clear fat will rise to the top. This makes gravy oily. Take off all of the fat with a baster (That's all I ever use a baster for). Put all of the ingredients back into the roaster and add stock, flavorings and other additions. Cook in the roaster on low and keep stirring. This roaster method frees up time for you to do other things in the kitchen. I like to use Wondra Flour or Cornstarch mixed in a little water for thickening. I've moved to that method and away from rouex (pronounced roo) to lower calories. If you are not concerned with that, make roux (for thickening gravy) by mixing about 3Tbs of melted butter with flour until you reach desired consistency and wisk into your stock. Be patient. Once the mixture heats up for a few minutes you will see it thicken. Keep adding roux, Wondra or cornstarch until your gravy is as thick as you want. You can refrigerate roux for about a month.

Answer:	Brown yes. Crispy pretty much. Better than oven but not like deep fryer. Olive oil skin and salt & pepper. Mix a stick of butter with thyme, sage & rosemary. Lift skin up off breast and spread half on each side, then put skin back in place. Breast side up. Tuck wings under. Stick thermometer in breast, set at 450 with cover on. Should take about an hour to get to 130 for a 15lb bird. Don't peek... use the thermo. Go to 130, turn off power, uncover and let rest for 30 minutes.

I rub a coating of canola cooking oil on the skin, then put it in the pan upside down and season the back (a light sprinkling of Lawry's Season salt), turn it over (breast up now) and pour one cup of chicken broth over the turkey (1 cup of water and 1 chicken bullion cube does fine) and another cup of hot water just in the pan, so two cups of liquid are in the bottom of the pan now. Next, I put a little more oil on the top, rub that around, and then lightly season the breast side, too. This all takes only about 15 minutes of work.
