If your vise is large, it will extend over the second jaw and opening and closing will be hard or impossible. I have a smaller vise mounted on mine and it works very well. The table top jaws work well as a soft vise too. |

That being said though, these tools are very stout and well made. I use the stand that these tools came with, because they are easily accessed with no hunting for the right size. These tools are quality and no matter where they are made, they hold their own when put up side the best. |
