If it got wet, you could just dry it off with a paper towel or towel. This is the best paper towel holder I've ever had and I've had it for a few years. Answer:	Ask Amazon with it , I almost had the same inconvenience so I texted to technician support of Amazon and had to bought other antivirus, it was 2 antivirus that I bought , sometimes Amazon doesn’t give clear information when asked
