Answer:	This sounds like a seller issue. 1 device is not the same as 3 devices. Kaspersky checks when you try to register the key, so you can't fake it. I'd ask for a refund.

Answer:	There are a lot of unmentioned issues here! I received a 3-Device product a few days ago from Amazon, and I immediately loaded it on my two computers. It loaded rapidly and set protection appropriately. The label on the front says 3 devices, and a 1-year license, and these are stamped on the front of the box, about half way down. Yours does not look like a photo snap of my package, and mine is not labelled anywhere as a 1-device package. To me this suggests that you may have a used device...? or some other issue with the "seller". I would trust Amazon not to send a wrong box, except that Amazon relies on the seller to correctly list the device. This of course raises the issue with the vendor you bought it from, not Amazon. The main question is whether it upgrades 3 computers (Apple not included!) or 1. I can understand the suspicion, but the Amazon label is on the bottom (not the top) of my package and the label is correct. Further question - Did you buy it as "used" or did you buy it from an unusual vendor other than Kaspersky? To avoid going back and forth, please try to load on at least 2 computers before fussing over that. Alternatively, if it came from a strange source, then buy it properly direct from Kaspersky!!!! Second sources are unreliable on occasion - please check.

Answer:	Windows Vista is not on the list of products that are supported for Kaspersky 2018. My guess is that it would work, but that they don't officially support it anymore. There are other anti-virus products that list Vista as a supported OS that may be a better choice. However, if you have a preference for Kaspersky, I would recommend you try the free version before you purchase this version.
Question:	I need to know if the " key code " is international. specifically for Ecuador and the United States
Answer:	The key code can definitely be used in Canada and the United States. My personal experience is that it works in both. There have been no issues when I have traveled elsewhere either. I dont think there would be an issue in Ecuador, though I cant speak from personal experience.

Answer:	I would say this is the current version. That said, if you bought a 3-year old version it would be automatically updated by Webroot to the current one anyway. If you would like to be 100% certain visit the website and look at what the current packaging looks like http://www.webroot.com (sure looks the same to me).

Answer:	Don't uninstall McAfee it's not as good as Webroot. However, their support is 10x better. If you ever run into an issue on Webroot it could literally take a month or longer for them to resolve their communication sucks.

Answer:	No one else can access your storage, btw. It is yours (of course, if you are concerned about the NSA, well, it seems they can access it even if it is on your own device only! Just sayin'You can change any of the default settings, though.

Answer:	I believe it's up to you to backup your files. If you don't want them backed up then don't urn on that feature. I don't use the backup feature.
