Question:	I bought this product but can't seem to renew True Key. Can you help
Answer:	I prefer the CUJO firewall's option of paying $250 with a free lifetime subscription, or buying a cheaper version and paying monthly. I'd rather pay more up front and never have to pay monthly. I wish Norton gave you that option with this product.
Question:	does it work with 3 devices
Answer:	Not directly, no. You typically need a modem for coax connections, and Charter Cable should be able to supply you with one. However, a modem and a router are different things entirely, even if most ISPs (Internet Service Providers) have Gateway devices, which is a combination of a modem and router. I bring this up because the Norton Core is ONLY a router. It still needs a modem to "get internet" from your coaxial cable. You can set it up by connecting the Norton Core (with an ethernet cable) directly to your ISP's device. It will work with that device even if the device is a Gateway (router/modem combo) and not just a modem.

Answer:	If you have a fast computer, no. My computer is 10 years old and doesn't run as fast but I don't see that my Bitdefender is an issue.
Question:	Where is my subscription i havent received anyyhing
Answer:	This is the latest version offered by Bitdefender. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this AV program. My whole IOS had been wiped after the installation of this software. I was given the cold shoulder by Bitdefender and Amazon after proof from dynabook, who looked at and reinstalled my IOS, all with transcripts. Amazon offered 11 dollars, and after my proof, only agreed to full refund.

Question:	Can I order the software now but activate to download later? How long is it allowed
Answer:	With this version of the software, it is activated upon purchase, which means your subscription begins then as well. So you can download later, but the subscription will already be ticking away. This is a Software-as-a-Service version, though, which is not our standard product format. You can choose either the key card version or the digital download version and then you can purchase now and hold onto the key as long as you like before downloading. Your subscription with those versions doesn't begin until you have setup an account with McAfee and installed the product. I hope this helps you. Answer:	No - if you already have a subscription for this same product, you can buy it again now and redeem the code at https://www.mcafee.com/activate. When you log into your McAfee account, it will ask if you want to setup a new subscription or extend your existing one. As long as you choose to extend your existing one, it will add 1 year to your expiration date and no reinstall needs to occur.
