Answer:	The top (outer edges of flare) is exactly 3 15/16" (10cm or 100mm) The outer edges of the bottom section (that fits into bottle) is exactly 15/16" (.9375" or 22mm) which is slightly bigger than what's advertised. (PS... I use tape measure almost every day so these are accurate measurements.... assuming they don't ship you a different version of this funnel. :) I've had this funnel for over a year. I love it!! Sooo much better than plastic. I love that it's all 1 continuous piece so liquids/powders don't get stuck on the way down. (Many funnels are 2 pieces welded together which creates a "collar" for things to get stuck around)

Answer:	Yes according to Pennzoil web site it is. We use it in our GM vehicles..

Answer:	Completely OK to do this. If your car calls for 5W-20 and you add a quart of 5W-30, it will still work just fine. Much better than getting rid of it. We have a Ford Explorer that takes six quarts of 5W-20. I just add a quart from my unused 5W-30 from the other two cars and it has never been an issue, ever. It also saves me 9 bucks if I have to buy one quart.
