Question:	Is this 2 separate cages stacked on each other
Answer:	33" with the legs and rollers. The animal part is 18 in from metal floor to top. If you take out the metal floor you would add approx another 6 inches or so to the height of the actual cage (sorry not exact on that, I didn't measure that bit while I was upstairs) If you use it with metal floor for a rabbit, you may end up needing to make a pee guard (we used Alum flashing) Hope this helps. Answer:	I just shake off any bedding that was stuck to it otherwise I dont think you can actually wash it or anything.

Answer:	I think it's too rough of a surface for them. Also don't think holes are big enough, even for a small parakeet. Might be better off with a small hamster or gerbil house. The entrance is much bigger.

Question:	how tall is the cage only
Answer:	Yes!!! As a former breeder of rats, this cage would be perfect for them!! The space is great and there's no possible way for them to bite thru the steel bars.
Question:	So the large trays are solid? There are no wire floor above it? I'm asking because the cage we have now has a wire floor with a pull-out tray beneath
Answer:	Yes, but you wouldn't be able to have the floor in between them because you'd have to remove the top of the double nation and the bottom of the single nation to join them. That's how I have mine setup. You basically have one giant open cage on top with just the shelves, and a regular cage in the bottom which can be opened to the top one or not. If you do this, I recommend getting another shelf for the upper cage. It's probably simpler and cheaper to just get the add on version if all you want is a triple level cage. I had a single one I found on craigslist, so it was cheaper for me to do it my way.
Question:	can this be used for grown fancy rats
Answer:	I currently have a great used one with all pieces included, plus bonus add on pieces that I am including for sale if you're interested. If not, good luck.

Answer:	This is way too small for ALL HAMSTERS no exemptions .th minimum of cage requirements are 459 sq inches having too small of a cage will lead to stress and can and most likely will lead to wet tail an that will most likely kill them. Answer:	They put the two back sides together and it’ll have two openings. One in each side. Or face them the same direction and have the one opening. The levels are made to where you place them where you want them. Maybe I’m not really understanding what you mean by both doors are facing forward, and that making it to where it won’t work like the first answer said you could do.

Answer:	The largest wheel you can fit in this habitat is the one it comes with which is 6” in diameter. Since this is a CritterTrail habitat, you can use CritterTrail tubes to connect to other CritterTrail habitats and living spaces, allowing you to create an unlimited amount of living space.

Answer:	A little bit under 6". I ended up replacing it with the one that connects to the outside of the cage because it was too small for my mouse and it was quite loud in comparison to my other kaytee cage+wheel.

Answer:	I haven't but I would think it would be great. It's pretty easy to assemble, at least after you get the foundation together (3 sides). The bar spacing is a little over a half inch space between each bar so it's designed for smaller birds (and could be for gliders) although, I have an eclectus parrot in it and she loves it. I even put a ladder going up to the first door.
