Answer:	The one I purchased that vibrates does not beep. It will not affect your second dog either. I have had great success with both the vibration and the other collar that emits a slight shock for my girls.

Answer:	Check the size. And if they are scented or not. That being said, I have found several things at amazon with strange pricing!

Answer:	Sorry...I can't say.... After keeping this in the closet for a year or more and never using it..I threw it away.... The collar worked a bit but eventually became more work than it was working.
