The hook did a good job of grabbing the bales and was much, much easier than grabbing the cord. That said, I found the 'T' handle to be somewhat inconvenient as it requires the user to split his fingers around the shaft of the hook to grip the wooden handle. If I were ever to need another hay hook, or if I were loading hay all day long, I would get an all metal hook with a ring handle. |
