Most Tetras will readily take most smaller foods used in the hobby. Care should be taken to ensure that the food of choice is not too large for them to properly eat and digest. They tend to nibble at their food, leaching of the nutrients is also an issue. Livebearer fry are about 7 to 10 mm in length when born.
