Answer:	Auto shutoff for what purpose? Two possibilities would be: A timer would switch it ff and on at prearranged times. For a malfunction due to no water going through, you will ideally want to power it through a ground fault interrupt circuit so in the event the water source accidentally runs dry the pump will not burn out.

Answer:	It depends how big of a water fall you’re looking for. The tube isn’t very big. It will definitely pump it up there (tube is about 2 feet), but not a significant “Waterfall” amount of water comes out. Unless you’re filling an area with water that will then fall, I’d go bigger. I use this filter to move about 2 gallons of water, and it’s no rapids.

Answer:	No I plugged mine into a outlet that was controlled by a light switch. It worked great.

Answer:	In my case the pump is in the basin of 16 gallons for a fountain. The pumping height is about 3 1/2 to 4 feet. Fountain is a pretty large wall type. Hope this answers your question.

Answer:	A quick Google search of "Superior Pump 91250" yields the manufacturers specs. Question:	Does it have an automatic shut off
Answer:	The pump does not have an automatic shut off. I added a float switch because I wanted it to pump out a sink that had a slow-running clogged drain where I had the washing machine. When the sink was mostly pumped out the float switch turned off the pump. It worked great for a couple years until I got around to dealing with snaking the drain which didn't have an easy clean-out. This is a good pump, since the sink drain got taken care of, we've been using the pump to pump koi pond water over a 5' fence to our neighbor's garden using about 150' of garden hose. The pump runs continuously for 5+ hours without issues in this process.
Question:	Will clothes washer hoses fit on this pump
Answer:	The pump itself fits a garden hose nicely. You can buy the attachment package listed next to it for the converter piece. It only came to around $8.00. It also comes with a larger hose. I didn't need it for my spa but if you need to empty a washer or bigger pool it seems like it would come in handy. Hope that helps. Good luck. :-)
Question:	Can this be user to flush a tankless heater with vinigar
Answer:	I bought the pump for this very reason. I'm not sure if it is rated to handle vinegar, but at the price I figured I'd try it and see. I have two tankless water heaters, and I wanted a pump that could clean out both at the same time and this pump certainly does the job. I have a hose that runs from the pump, into a splitter. From the splitter I have two hoses going to each water heater (one hose per water heater). Even pushing water through two hoses, it still has a strong flow, with each hose pushing about the same flow as the water hose faucet outside your house opened wide open (guestimate). The splitter I have allows me to adjust the flow rate by closing off some valves if it is too strong. For just one water heater, i would think this pump is too strong (as it REALLY moves water), but I'm not a plumber so I couldn't say for sure. If I were to do it again, I think I would have purchased the 1/4 HP pump, or even the 1/5HP for cleaning out water heaters with vinegar. I cleaned out my water heater this week for the first time using this pump. I let it run for 2 hrs, and I noticed that it got warm (about the temp of a warm-to-hot bath). I'm not sure if that is normal, but thought I'd let you know.

Question:	What size tubing can I put
Answer:	See where it says "also bought" 1/2" tubing? I'm not the brightest bulb when it comes to plumbing, so I "also bought" 1/2" and I'm going to have to "also buy" something else because it is exactly the outer diameter of the small nozzle and much too loose to stay on the large nozzle. Like trying to fit one nickel inside another one. The trouble with buying things like this sight-unseen. Half inch INNER diameter tubing (5/8" outer) would work on the small nozzle but restricts flow somewhat. The large nozzle is (about, I don't own calipers) 7/16". Something tells me the nozzles are actually metric while the tubing is inches.

Answer:	There is a dial on the side that helps adjust the water flow rate, so you can control how much bubbles you want to produce.

Answer:	I don't know what that rate would be. But let me tell you that I put this pump in my outdoor fountain and I had to close the valve as far as it would go without turning it off, to keep it from shooting up too high and strong. My fountain was pushing water up at least 18 inches before it comes out. So this pump may be just too strong if you want something to trickle. I had a little 200 gal flow pump that was a little too weak at full strength. So something like that might work better for you.
Question:	Can this pump be able to be used to drain a hot tub
Answer:	Turn your garden hose on, put it into the bottom of the hot tub. Walk to the faucet and unscrew the garden hose while the water is still turned on. Turn off the faucet. The flow will reverse and your hot tub will empty with just a garden hose.
