Question:	Mine sits diagonally. Does this filter work when sat diagonally
Answer:	Just in case you don't believe these guys (who are correct) HVAC instructor here, do not stack filters you can find 4-in filters very easily. That said if you don't want to use for inch filters just buy one of these and use some foam tape or screws or something to build a channel to hold this in place in your filter housing.
Question:	Can you use a pressure washer to clean these
Answer:	"Lifetime" warranties vary by state in the U.S. In Missouri, where I live, a "lifetime" warranty is 20 years. Probably best to check with your state's attorney general's office for your state's definition.
Question:	I received this and it seems super dense. Would it be okay for the return vent in the floor of my older home? I'm concerned about enough air flow

Answer:	I have the 20x20x1 version which is the same but just a different size. They say you should use the cleaner spray, but you don't need to. I don't and find that if I use a hose sprayer and spray from the back side, all of the filter dirt/dust rinses off easily. Just be sure to let it dry before reinstalling. By the way, I love these filters, they are great quality and will last a long time. I have had other permanent filters and they have not been this high quality.

Answer:	It should work when sitting diagonally. The structure is very rigid, there shouldn't be any problems at all.

Answer:	A pressure washer may be too violent. I just used the garden hose. Wet it, add a spray of dish soap, rest for 1/2 and hour rinse, was what I did

Answer:	My home was built in 1953, heater/ac is new but ducting is old and it works just fine in my home. Plenty of air even more than paper filters in my opinion.
