Answer:	Hi, not sure if (hang) was meant to say (Bag). Personally, I found this set to be perfect and have continued to use them for some tine now. I have the bio balls loose within one changer of filtering media, and the ceramic rings inside a storage net bag to help keep it simple when time to clean filter, and in their own chamber of filtering media. Here is a tip on keeping your tank water crystal clear. Consider this to replace those expensive filter media... (Aquarium Filter Pad - Premium True Dual Density 12" by 72" by 3/4 to 1" Aquarium Filter Media Roll for Crystal Clear Water ) provided by Aquatic Experts. Answer:	They are a bit bigger probly a 1/2 inch in diameter

Answer:	Yes it can have them in mine, the zippers are metal but they are coated in some type of rubber or powder coat. They are fine for a saltwater or freshwater system
Question:	Do i add both bags of balls and rings to the back of my biocube 32gal or do i mix them up and add only 1 bag
Answer:	You could really do either, but I think that you will want to go from coarse to fine in terms of water flow. I have these arranged so that the balls sit in a tray over the rings and allow the water to disperse down onto the next level of rings. If anything "big" comes through the filter I know the bioballs will catch it and not clog up. The rings would be slightly more prone, thought it would be hard to really block them to the point of clogging. I also find it easier to rinse them if it isn't mixed, but to each his own. I don't think you can really screw this up. After looking at the aquarium itself, I think you may end up finding that you only want one, or the other and not both. I'd vote the rings only if it were me. More surface area for the biological filtering. The balls really do a better job of dispersing water over a wide area, such as a wet/dry filter sump. Way more bang for the buck inthe rings for what you are doing.

Answer:	I use this with a Fish Mate 500GUV Gravity UV+Bio Pond Filter I have never owned any Penguin filters, however looking at them on Amazon I don't know if they would work well for those filters as the filter cartridges have that plastic backing to keep them firm, after this stuff get saturated with waste it will be very flimsy. They would probably work best in canister filters.

Question:	Would the Finnex PX-360 be able to handle ~12" below the tank top and, in addition, host an in-line Hydor 200W heater and in-line DO!Aqua CO2 atomizer without lowering flow rate too much
Answer:	To anyone else reading these response: 1 - The filter does not self prime, you have to fill it with water through the priming port on the top of the housing. 2 - To the original question this is exactly how I run it without the CO2 in atomizer. Not sure how that would impact the flow. But I run a Hydor 200W heater in line and the filter is ~ 3ft below the water line. I didn't want a fast flow and I had to put a valve on the output to slow it down. Should have no problem with flow on a 10G tank.

Answer:	Take the pump to Lowe's are any hardware store... What you looking for is a plug that has a bolt in the middle of it. If you ask the hardware store they will know what you want. Just make sure you take the pump.
Question:	Does this filter include long hoses so that it can be mounted under the tank (in the base of the tank)? Or is it designed to "hang on the back of the tank only
Answer:	No. only 2 short 24" hoses. Get some 1/2" ID 5/8" OD vinyl tubing. It fits. I put some on today but need to get some elbow joints. They do not give part to make a U over the top of the tank so I am going to have to build one myself. The canister itself is just under 9 inches tall but allow several inches to bend the tubes backwards an run them up the back of the tank. The pump itself can handle over two feet, I think mine is closer to 3 feet of lift and is only half open.

Answer:	Daniel:Gallon per hour flow rate is a measure of how much water goes through the filter every hour. You ideally want to circulater the water in your tank about 6-8 times per hour. So, if you have a 10G tank, you want a flow rate of about 60-80 GPH. The Finnex is advertised at about 95GPH.Unfortunately, most manufacturer's rating are hard to understand. Sometimes they are measured without any filter media, so the filter is just circulating water, but not filtering anything. Others measure their flow rates more realistically. So beware of relying on manufacturer's numbers.....The Finnex is suitable for 5-10G tanks. Some people say it will work for 20G tanks, but I think this will only work if the tank is lightly stocked.Hope this helps.Gautam Bose
