Answer:	You could possibly do that. What I have used it for was a continuous flowing hydroponic style setup. But the issue I had was that the pump will only pump fluid to a certain height so make sure you output is at a reasonable height. Generally around the same height as the sprinkler tip. Hopes this helps

Answer:	Dear customer, Water Pump can work day and night as long as it connected to a power source; Solar Power only works when the panel exposed to the sunlight unless you connected to a back up battery. However. A back up battery is not cost efficient. It seems you have mis-understand the solar products are supposed work during the sunlight.
Question:	would this pump water from catchment tank to upper storage
Answer:	The pump I bought pumps AIR from above ground, into the water. It is a pond aerator. The advantage it provides over a water fountain is that since it doesn't suck pond water into its mechanism, it will never clog up like a water fountain might. It also takes less power to push air into water than to push water up into the air. This will last longer. But it isn't designed to be pretty... and it isn't designed to move water from a low end of a pond to a higher end of the pond. Its priority is to oxygenate the water... which helps reduce algae.

Answer:	Charging the battery doesn't do anything, I even went as far as to order an additional battery in an attempt to make the pump run through the night, it lasts a few hours after sun down. The battery backup feature is useless
Question:	Does the battery charge off of the solar panel or does it need to be plugged in and charged
Answer:	We set up solar only and it ran pretty good, but didn't stay, so plugged in for about a day to charge, then just solar and it has run well from just solar power since then. It does not have enough charge to run all night tho. Starts back up when the sun comes out. Have owned since Christmas. Gift for my mom and she loves it.
Question:	How long will it run on battery with no sun
Answer:	I'd say overnight and part way into the next day. At some point the pump cycles on and off

Answer:	I wouldn't do this-the panel powers one pump adequately-not sure that two pumps would operate as well

Answer:	I use pure kleen media filter. Put pump in a bowl with filter on top also use this filter in bigger pond with electric pumps. Can buy on amazon but I buy in bulk.
Question:	Is the pump's flow adjustable
Answer:	The maximum flow is fixed. The actual flow depends directly on the amount of sun rays hitting the solar panel. If you are using flexible tubing to connect the pump to the outlet, the maximum flow could be indirectly adjusted either by varying the length or material of the tubing, or by tightening or constricting the flexible tubing.

Answer:	If you're thinking of using this for a pond filter, I suppose you could rig something up, but it probably wouldn't be very effective. Its documentation says, "Max flow quantity of Pump: 160 liter/hour". That's very low, and that's at max sunlight. On cloudy days it would be less, and it would be zero at night.
Question:	How does the "Power-off self-start mode" work? The instructions are unclear
Answer:	The tubing I'm using is labeled 1/2" OD, 3/8" ID and it fits snugly. I believe OD stands for Outer Diameter, and ID stands for Internal Diameter.
