Answer:	The bubbles it makes are much louder than the pump. This pump is extremely quiet. Mine is in our bedroom and I really can't hear the pump, but do hear the bubbles. Neither is enough to really notice much less disrupt sleeping or watching TV. It is blowing through 4 air stones and moves more air than any of the pumps I've used from Petsmart/Petco, etc. It is also much, much quieter, even though it moves more air. Answer:	I have looked the pump itself over, and I can not find any stamps from UL or ETL anywhere on the Pump itself. I no longer have the box to check. The pump is very quiet and works well for my set up of 90 gallons spread out in 3 tanks. It is very well constructed as well. But No visible stamps. Hope this helps a little.

Answer:	I don’t think it would have enough psi or air volume to do that.

Answer:	I've never built a compost tea brewer, but you can't rate this as a gph device. (That is a myth regarding air pumps. They measure air and gases in "LPH" linear pressure per hour.) It is only a small air pump with low LPH. It can drive an airstone or a large sponge filter for a 10-gallon fish tank at the most. I doubt it could be used for your project since air pressure would not be great enough from its air stone to stir the materials. I got this because it was small and noise free. This product cannot be left outside in high or low temperatures either. You are going to need something closer to a true diaphragm or linear air pump for an aquarium which can move a lot more air for your project.
Question:	what is the main difference between the 10 watt version and the 5 watt version
Answer:	It moves only a small amount of air. Okay for a small bubble wand. But the noise was very loud. I bought it because i wanted something small and quiet. Mine was anything but quite. Lasted one day and through it away. Was a waste of money.

Answer:	Depending on what you need it for in the turtle tank, the answer is yes. If you mean to use the air pump for a filter , most certainly, if for air stone by all means. Perhaps for both at the same time. The reference to 20 to 40 gallon tanks refers to the tank depth as much as anything

All Air Pump Accessories Needed

It comes with 2 back flow valves, 2 air stones, 2 Connectors and 6.5 feet 3/16 inch ID standard airline. Convenient to set an air pump up for no need to find accessories elsewhere.



Directions for Use:

1. Cut the tubing into 2 pieces or to the length needed.

2. Attach the air line into the pump, connect the air stone to the other end of air line.

3. Place the pump above the aquarium or bucket if possible. Or you need to add a check value between air pump and air stone to prevent back siphoning.

4. Plug the pump in and adjust the Dial. Remember to create a "drip loop"for the power cord.

Ultra Quiet

• It is whisper quiet on low, and has a noticeable hum in a silent room when running on highest.
• Placing a blanket or soundproofing material under it will make it quieter.

Adjustable Air Flow

• It has a Smooth rotating dial to control the dual ports output.
• A higher setting generates more air and bubbles, but will certainly increase the noise level a little bit.
