Answer:	I believe that it would especially if you have a light in your tank along with this decor. It is a very vibrant purple pink and blue so I would think that your chameleon would definitely be confused. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I have never had an aquatic turtle. This item is made on plastic. Not for sure it they would try and eat it. I used it in a fish aquarium and really like the look of the plant. It is a very vibrant green so adds a nice color to the tank. Takes up about a third of the tank in a 10 gallon tank. Hope this helps
Question:	do you have to anchor it down to keep it from floating
Answer:	Yes you do. They provide suction cups, but you will need to get better ones as the ones they provide will not keep it down. They're U-shaped, so the opening is at the top. The decoration wants to float, so it will escape the U-shaped hooks faster than you can anchor it down.
Question:	Can it fit in a 5 gallon or less tank
Answer:	It's extremely tall at 16 inches. I dismantled the longest branch and used it separately. The other 2 branches are flexible enough to bend enough to fit in the tank.
