Answer:	I usually buy the green dental sticks - some sold on Amazon are advertised “non-China.” Those that I’ve received are made in Vietnam. My toy poodle has done fine for years. Until October 2019 - came home to find vomiting x 3, prolific diarrhea. Thought it was the sticks. She had been getting sick a couple times in previous 2 weeks that seemed to be related to the sticks, but not consistently enough to be sure. End of story, her diarrhea continued, though less intense, sometimes blood-tinged. Vet said “hemorrhagic gastroenteritis” which starts from dehydration (“it happens” and “not sure what really starts it.”) Got better with IV fluids, antibiotics, bland diet. (No steroids or anything). I asked about the sticks, they asked if I’d recently opened a new bag. Yes, I had. Threw that bag away, waited a month (per vet’s instructions) to retry, new bag, different lot number, everything fine. ALSO: when my dog was released to come home, the vet said, “we’ve had an "epidemic" of dogs with the same thing over the last couple of days.” My lawn guy’s dog had same thing too (goes to different vet). so IDK if it was the sticks at all - could be coincidence. But, the vet didn’t seem too worried, she asked the question about the new bag as if dogs can get sick from any treat, if it’s a “bad bag.” These sticks are one of very few treats that my dog will actually chew, rather than try to bury, and she needs to chew for her oral hygiene. She absolutely loves them.

Answer:	These are for a large sized dog. They are 5.5 inches long and the shape is an "X" and the diameter of the "X" is 3/4 or 0.75 inch. The texture is a stiff rubbery beefy texture that a dog really has to work on to get it chewed up. My 90lb lab lays down to concentrate on it and takes her a good 30 seconds to a minute to get one put away. BTW....they are running about 15 to 16 bucks at Wally world.

Answer:	It's AWFUL they did this! I've HONESTLY bought 39 bags of these from Amazon even st $15+ each and from China bc they rigorously test them and there was such a good ant of chicken on them! Then suddenly they came and I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES! They were skinny and some of them had barely any chicken at all! I tried to return thinking it was a fluke and got replacements that were just as bad. Then I thought since the price went down so did the quality but when the price went back up the quality was the same. Just a trick w pricing to fool us though idk how they thought anyone who loves their dogs wouldnt know the difference. They werent even worth $8.92 much less $15.19! I searched found Pawant which are even MORE expensive at $20/pound but I've bought the half pound to ck them out and found they are what the Pet'N Shape USED to be! The pound bag holds between 36-40 treats depending on weight. 90% of them have a generous amount of chicken so I'm excited again when I receive them. I know, I get a little silly when it comes to my boys! The only negative is the price but I just give them once a day, MAYBE twice so i can afford them. They're actually about $5.50 more. I WOULD go back to Pet 'N Shape if they cared more about their customers than profit. They are going to lose customers once they get tired of paying for a lesser product. Most dog lovers I know won't put up with it!

Answer:	The only app that works with this device is the PNY app. If you are experiencing difficulty with it we would be glad to assist you. Please call our technical support line via the contact information on our website.

Answer:	It’s a USB storage drive so it doesn’t have its own file types, whatever you put on it maintain its own file type. The only question is whether the app can read/play the file types that you store on it, but if iPhone can then iPad will, too.

Answer:	None. No visible LED. Tried connection on PC and on OTA cable on android mobile device as usb device. But has a very heavy duty construct for the case and a very snug connection. Have used on 4K TV , USB Modem router connection. I have used it with the windows usb tool for Windows 10 install for use on another pc. Works great.

Question:	How do these last for larger dogs? I have a 60 pound lab mix that destroys every toy in minutes
Answer:	I have a 50lb staffy bull and a 75lb pit mix and it takes them maybe 10 minutes to finish these. Not very long at all, but they still love them.

Answer:	I have ordered this product 3 times. The first two times I received approx 12-15 in each bag.. They were all approx 5-7 inches long and about the width of a pencil ( some slightly wider). The third time I received a bag and it only had 5 sticks in it and each was approx 6-7 inches long and and about 1 inch in diameter. I am not sure if this last batch was just an isolated case or what to be honest. I have contacted to seller to see what they say but based on my experience it can be pot luck as to how many and how big ....
