Answer:	With the sump pump assembled in place and the voltage coofirmed you can usually energize the float switch by manually lifting the float switch tab on the side of the housing. The pump will start. As a side note the float switch typically becomes coated with bilge oils and sticks requiring cleaning.

Answer:	These temp switches are a mechanical contact closure. No current will flow until temperature reaches rated value and contacts close.

Answer:	The switch is open below 40C and closed above 40C. I had to buy both (NO and NC) to figure that out... the descriptions are wrong, but the switches work fine otherwise. I contacted the distributor (Uxcell), apparently they do not know the difference.

You will be hard pressed to find a dual collar system to signal both animals at the same time.

Answer:	The collar has an attached rechargeable battery. The wall charger charges both the remote and the collar at the same time. Just remember to re pair the collar and remote after each charge by simply touching the red dot on the collar to the red dot on the remote. The collar holds a charge for days at a time and blinks red when it needs to be charged.

Answer:	It has a lot of halls on it. So it will fit your shi-tzu. You will have to cut the collar a little bit, because it will be too long. It fits for big and small dogs. I am very happy I got it for my dog. She is listening to me now even if she doesn't wear it. And she was the most destructive animal ever :-)

Answer:	Honestly, I am not sure! Our Weim is now 10 mo old and about 75lbs and works just fine. But sounds like your dog is/will be much larger than Mr. Wilson. We use it set at 40 and it goes to 100. There is plenty of collar length left, so not sure how they determine what size dog its appropriate for.

Answer:	I don’t think so. I used mine to photograph objects for the company that I worked for. 6x6” objects were a comfortable fit. 12x12” objects were too big because the box wasn’t big enough to provide uniform lighting over the whole surface. I was working with reflective samples, so maybe would have a little more leeway with non-reflective. You might be better off with a larger box for cowboy boots though.

Answer:	The clips are worthless, no it wouldn't be hard at all, but I wouldn't loke to mess with them getting sticky. I just use medium binder clips.
Question:	Hello, so many many reviews said box arrived broken - has the shipping procedure been changed to correct this
Answer:	Good question! Partial answer: 1) The light strips attach to the inside with magnets, so if they go out, they can be removed and replaced with other lights. 2) Does this manufacturer offer replacement parts for these specific light strips? I don't know. There's no info in the user's manual about replacement parts. Also, the lights have an unusual (to me, anyways) cord configuration, so when the lights eventually do go out, you *may* need to get a new power supply as well. I'll try to post a photo of the relevant page into my review.
Question:	Does a credit card fit inside
Answer:	The paper is a heavy stock, plastic material (I assume it's this way to wick away moisture). It does not automatically roll back up, but instead lays with slight curvature to create the cyc effect. It is very effective for how it should be used

Question:	Is the remote waterproof
Answer:	It will work with no problem. The collar is long with plenty of holes for any size dog. I got mine for a 1 year old German Shepard. You will find that once the dog hears the beep for the first time and he/she sees you pushing the button all you have to do is let the dog see the remote and the behavior will change immediately. I recommend it very strongly for any dog bigger than a dachshund (my other dog).
Question:	Do you sell replacement collars? Just the collars and not devices. If not who would you recommend
Answer:	It should be waterproof if it is just rain or weather, but I would not let the dog swim in it.
Question:	Does the remote shut itself off automatically
Answer:	The collar is very long with holes punched in it which makes easy to fit different size dogs. The receiver just slides on to the collar. The collar fit my small dog (30 lbs.) and my large dog (60 lbs.) Hopefully that can give you an idea of the fit.
Question:	Does the remote have a separate button for each dog, or do you have to switch back and forth with one button
Answer:	I don't know the exact length but I have a black lab and the collar is very large on him, I probably have at least 5 inches left over on it when I put it on him. I would think it would fit even very large breeds.
