Important Note: How to fill the citronella spray?

Firstly, turn off the collar. Set the collar on a flat surface with the refill port turned upwards. Hold the refill spray can upright and Vigorously and Firmly press the nozzle down into the refill port. Hold down firmly for 15 seconds and then release.

Using Tips:

1. Make sure the collar is not too tight nor too loose.

2. For dogs with long furs, trim the furs along the spray path for effective spray range.

Answer:	So far I haven't had to refill it. I did see that it is quite sensitive when it is in the "on" position. It sprayed us right off the bat. Be sure to turn it "off" while refilling? Maybe? Good luck 

Answer:	Yes it wastes a spray every time you turn it on, you have to be careful that the collar isn't close to your face and eyes

Answer:	Sprays only. But it didn't stop the dogs from barking, so I went to a shock collar with 3 settings, shock, vibrate and tone. I only use the vibrate and tone controls and that works great. I have never shocked the dog. Also, if you are going to go that route with the shock collar with the 3 settings and not use the shock button, place the collar on LOOSELY, but not too loose so it will come off, not tightly as it will cause a sore on the dogs neck. Question:	does this work for small dogs
Answer:	Sure does! I had him wear it and the first time he barked it squirted and scared him, but he stopped barking immediately. He was ok for a few days and started barking again, so I put it on him again. He barked it squirted, he went flying all over the house trying to get away. I felt really bad, but took it off and since then i only have to show him the collar and he stops barking right away. He actually watches tv and before had barked at any animal he saw, cartoon or real. He no longer barks at tv and very rarely barks at other dogs, just whimpers a little. It was worth every penny.

Answer:	I do more like this brand. Rhe bindings all break apart. Not a good product. Go to Michael's. They have the same album by a different manufacturer and it is great. And yes s you can remove pagea. It has the little posts that hold the binding of the album. They are screw in posts. If you have picture in it and remove, or, add pages, it really takes 2 people to do it. You have to hold the edges of the album very tight to screw it back together. I really love mine from Michaels.
