Answer:	Yes, these braces are asymmetrical and you have to get the "left" for the left knee and "right" for the right knee. The Tru-Pull Lite brace is excellent.

Answer:	I wouldn't think so, because there is a pad that presses against your ACL area to help with stability. It is a softer type of rubber, and you wouldn't get the same affect through jeans. But, I can wear mine under my jeans -- but I typically don't wear it for over eight hours.
Question:	Do I order the "right" for use on my right knee
Answer:	Yes, the seam is flat and double stitched. I wore mine every day for 9 months. The seams to become a point of failure but you can hand stitch them back together.
Question:	Can I wear this over clothing? I was given this to help with my patellofemoral syndrome and i have to wear jeans to work
Answer:	The length of the sleeve is about 19".... the circumference is about 20"...the sleeve does stretch and the brace fits over nicely.. There brace does slide a little but makes it a little more comfortable.

Answer:	My thigh is 19, my knee is 15, my calf is 14. I purchased a small. I am 65 and do not have a lot of muscle mass in my thigh. The small works great for me. I would suggest a medium if you have good muscle mass in your thigh.

Question:	I need one for right knee. Which one should I get
Answer:	JLS answer is wrong. I have the same inside pain to right knee and I ordered the one JLS said medial right/lateral left. The correct one is actually medial left/lateral right. Going to the DonJoy website clearly states that the silicone oval pad should press against the pain side. The medial left/lateral right has this pad on the inside for the right knee and would therefore be on the outside for the left knee.
