Troubleshooting Tips:



This bark collar activates through the vibration from your dog's throat due to barking. Depending on how loud your dog barks, you would have to try each of the 7 levels of sensitivity and adjust as needed depending on how often you want the unit to activate.



Unit not working when the dog barks: Set the level up (+) Button at the highest level and lower incrementally by pressing the (-) button until the unit activates to your preference.



Unit activating all the time: Set the level down (-) Button at the lowest level and raise incrementally by pressing the (+) button until the unit activates to your preference.



Vibration does not phase dog: Make sure that the collar is snug on your dog’s neck so it can sense the vibration when it activates. If the collar is dangling around, the dog can only hear the sound and might not feel the vibration.

Answer:	Not sure about the weight, but I don’t recommend them, they don’t help, if the dog moves they go off, don’t waste your money 😀

Answer:	They fit my two 15lbs dogs and my daughter has a 6 to 8 lb. Dog. If its to big you could put it on a smaller collar. I had to cut the extra staple and burn the ends on ours. They really do work and the barking has sub side lots.
