Answer:	I'm not sure how easy the conversion would be, and it might mess up the volume, as the teaspoon equivalent size is something like 1/32 of a tsp. However, it dissolves fantastically well, even in cold liquid, so if you could work it out, I think it would bake great.

Question:	What is the sugar equivalent per packet
Answer:	3 1/2 teaspoons!!! I just did a taste test, made two identical cups of coffee with identical K-cups, put in one packet of this KAL stevia/luo han in one cup, and then added to the other sugar until they tasted similar in sweetness. To my utter amazement, it took 3 1/2 t of sugar to equal the sweetness of one packet!!! I knew it was quite a bit more than 2 t per packet to get the same sweetness, didn't realize it was 3 1/2!!! Wow. And the taste of luo han I find to be very delicious, I like the actual taste of the coffee better than with just sugar. I have been using this product for at least six years, I love it.

Answer:	Luo Han is another root added to the stevia. I have tried straight stevia and it can be bitter. I LOVE this combination because the luo han cuts the bitterness of the stevia. One packet in my coffee is all I need. It's great with ricotta, unsweetened cocoa and a little vanilla flavoring for a lowfat snack, too.

Answer:	No, maltodextrin is used to make powders of any formula mix and pour with consistancy. Liquid verson has no need for this because it is a liquid. I have used stevia for nearly a decade, liquid is my preferred method of consumption. I didn't care for this particular product because of the fact that it contained glycerine. Hope that this is helpful.

The yeast is from non Gmo beets molasses form Estonia so google and check if beets contains copper but it could be from the soil. Anyway it would be only traces so maybe not to worried about how may mcg or mg. I hope that will help.
