Trouble Shooting



There isn’t red LED light after dog barking and the device doesn’t work.

Question:	Does this bark stopper have batteries
Answer:	Unless your new collars are too wide, the loops easily slide over the collars and position them wherever it's convenient. It's very intuitive. You just make sure that the dog tag side is facing outwards and visible.
Question:	How effective is this bark prevention? Is it really possible to stop a dog from barking
Answer:	Not sure but it is holding up with my crazy dog.
Question:	Can this be used indoors
Answer:	Check the manufacturer’s measurements. I don’t know if there’s 2” collar but it’s pretty flexible in sliding on the collar. If there’s one for 2” collar them I think you can manage to get this on
