Work Instructions:
☂ Power On: Adjust the knob to level 1, level 2 or level 3. Blue light flashing means the device has been turned on.

I looked, carefully, on the item for the country of origin and I'm unable to see any indication of the country of origin. Two things about the product that really do not affect their purpose: The lock which is supposed to hold the handles in a closed (safe) position is plastic and about the thickness of the average toothpick; works once. The nail file included in the handle is a nice touch, but it doesn't perform satisfactorily on any nail type, including your own. Short answer: I'm not sure. Sorry. |

Nobody can hear it except the dogs. For me it is essential to be able to shut up a barker and give a rather quiet verbal command at the same time (no bark). The device is perfect for us do far. |
