Answer:	There are a couple of pieces that could be a choking hazard - not blocks, but accessories for the house. My 2 year old adores this set and I am so pleased I bought it. You could supervise your child, or remove the accessories that are too small, and still have plenty to play with. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The truck and machinery are composed of several large elements that cannot be taken apart. For instance, the yellow truck is one piece and the gray truck bed is another.
