Answer:	Yes, it's easy. If you place two units the perimeter will be the shape of a figure 8. Moving them closer together changes the shape to a 0. The area inside is free range. Three can make the shape of a three petaled flower or a long potato. Four makes more of a square. An issue to consider is interference caused by buildings and such. You just need electricity and protection from weather.

Answer:	Hmmm, this is a whacky system of Q&A, as I see nothing relating to the product in question onscreen. I can only assume that it's for the petsafe wireless fencing system, because I reviewed it a long time ago. In which case, I'd recommend searching youtube "how to set up petsafe wireless fencing system" or something along those lines. That is what I did, and found not only that but also visuals on how to train the animal to it....and, just to add to my last review a year ago, thank you, Petsafe, for continually providing some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced.
Question:	Can the range of the system be reduced to something less than the 90 feet? We want to use in our RV so area for containment would need to be smaller
Answer:	Yes it can be reduced to a very small area. The PetSafe company has a video online that explains it very well and how to test the exact distance you have set by changing the dial on the transmitter. Some friends of mine take it camping ( when an electric outlet is available) to contain their dog within their campsite. Main thing to remember that the broadcast area is round. Also follow instructions on training your pet to understand the system which is also on the afforementioned PetSafe video.Hope that helps.

Answer:	If you have Internet through a cable company, it is possible for it to mess with your modem (not the wifi but the actual cable signal coming into the modem that gives you internet). It's really close to the upstream frequencies and could potentially cause problems

Answer:	Hi there, for 2 acres of property you will need a minimum of 1,200 feet of wire. It will probably be best to have a total of 3 spools of wire (500 ft. each) so that you don't run out as the layout may call for extra.

Answer:	This system includes 500 feet of 20 gauge wire. However, I did a good deal of research before purchasing this system and I found that this is was not going to be enough for my yard and more importantly, this 20 gauge is a very light weight wire and many people had to replace it after just two years. As a result, I did use this system, but I did not use the cheap wire that came with it. I, instead, went to FlexPetz.com and used their "Heavy Duty 16-Gauge Dog Fence Wire (1000 ft)". The SKU number was HD-16AWG-1000. It cost me $117.95 and the shipping was free. They also have a good selection of various lengths if you do not need 1000 feet. I finished installing my fence myself two weeks ago and it is working great. I have no complaints and I feel confident knowing that I will not need to replace the wire anytime soon.

1. Start up the system



The system will start up while your dog is running beyond thesetting distance, the receiver collar in your dog neck will issue warning signal by"Bi-Bi"sounds and static shock, so as to remind or prevent your dog moving on.



2. Work mode



In work status, the red LED will flash every 2 seconds. If the receiver is out of setting range from transmitter it will sound 'Bi-Bi 3 times firstly, and then start up static shock and increasing intensity from levell to level 4.

Answer:	Hello, the transmitter must be placed outside, and in a high and open enough position.And reduce the obstacles between the transmitter and receiver as much as possible, otherwise the signal will be affected. The transmitter is not waterproof (the receiver is waterproof)

Answer:	You need to connect the stud "C" to a positive battery terminal.
Question:	Has anyone tried leaving this unit outside? I would like to put the unit outside to extend my pets play area
Answer:	I have it on my 48v golf cart and it works fine.
Question:	If dog happens to wander outside the containment area, can he go back in the containment area on his own
Answer:	I had mine disconnected for a few minutes and it kept the time. Not sure how long it will keep it though if it was left off for extended period of time.
