Question:	How do these hold up to chewers
Answer:	So far, the chewer that I was concerned about only retrieves it from the pool and then he keeps it for a bit and drops it until it is thrown back in the pool. I have seen where it looked as if he was beginning to chew on it and it has held up, but I tend to take it from him and throw it back in the pool so he understands it is not a chew toy.

Foam and threads get lodged and can cause death. Nail down the carpeting or switch it out. My cat's Pica is a nightmare, so we have to be one step ahead of her. Adding more canned food helps esp., before bed. It holds her longer until breakfast. 4 meals per day. Good luck with whatever you try.

Answer:	We have a lab/border x & she loves her Kong. When we come back from a walk she goes to where it is kept & sits & waits. So much fun for her, she is a joy to watch she swings it around & around, chews it to death & the ball itself does not have a mark, very durable & tough. As other people have found most dogs love to chew the rope as well & this does end up getting shorter & shorter. But as we have done on 3 occasions now, just remove the black plug from the bottom & pull out old rope, then just get some pretty durable rope from the hardware store, thread it through, knot it both ends, push the black plug back in & presto all good to go again. It is a reasonable expensive toy to buy here in NZ but this one is 18mths old, not a mark on the orange end & for a small price of some rope, you end up with a brand new toy again. Would recommend this toy for any dog, they love the bounce, not knowing which way it will end up going & great to use as fetch toy or as a reward. Your dogs smile is a great reward for the owner too.

Question:	Is this toy ok for a 3-10lb dog like a Shih poo puppy
Answer:	Depends on what you expect your dog to do with it. We bought ours for playing fetch at the park and in the pool. Our dog has a large mouth so it was great for him except that he ate right through it. I think it seems too heavy for a small shih-poo to catch or retrieve.
