You must use the Embrace refills to fit the case.

Answer:	There is no "best". Different people like different things. I believe most, if not all, have some sort of citrus oil in them, so that is something to consider if you absolutely hate or are allergic to lemon or bergomot (type of orange). You may not smell the citrus depending on what scent you choose, but it will be there. Best bet is to order one of the gift sets that come with about 5 of the little disposable sprays (only 3-5 uses each). That way you can sample different popular scents.
Question:	How long does the pee-pod liner last? Will I need to purchase a 7 count every week? Month
Answer:	It uses regular Venus cartridges so I would assume so. I haven't checked to see but I think that these would fit a regular Venus handle.

Answer:	I tried for months to get my dog to use this and nothing worked, until we used real grass. He's 7 and hasn't had an accident in the house ever so this was tricky to get him to switch to. We bought a 4x2 piece of sod from Home Depot, cut it to size and placed the real grass on top of the fake grass. For 2 days he continued to avoid peeing inside. This next part is weird so please don't judge me...since he's a male and enjoys marking I went and collected some neighbors dog poop and placed it on the grass. Like magic, he peed right on top, we gave him lots of treats and praise and he learned that it was ok to pee on the indoor grass patch. After about 4 days he was confidently using it consistently so we removed the sod and he didn't even notice. It took some work on our end but he's been using the fake grass with no issues ever since.

Answer:	Hi there, this is designed to use with the special synthetic grass, it has small holes to allow your pet's urine to properly drain into the waste container. It has not been tested with real grass.

The pee drains into a tray which I empty daily (very easy) After about a week I pt the grass liner in the shower and sprinkle baking soda and vinegar on it to kill any urine smell. Let it sit for a few minutes and rinse it off. It is very easy and costs less than pads or litter! We buy a 13 pound bag of baking soda and 2 large gallons of vinegar at Sam's club, so it lasts a long time.

Answer:	Sorry to say no....however, that hasn’t been a problem for our puppy. As soon as the weather warms up, the fluids drain and we are able to rinse the Porch Potty down with hot water in a bucket from the bath tub. Solid waste is always picked up with toilet tissue and flushed down. However, when her urine is frozen, she still uses the Porch Potty. It has worked so good for us, we have two...one on our screened in porch and one on our open second story deck. You won't be disappointed once your puppy is trained to use it. Be patient and keep taking your fur baby on leash to it several times a day until she gets the idea. Eventually it just works.....hope this helps with your decision...Ron💕

Other than odor, if you start seeing it to fray or wear then it's time to replace, but as long as you are rinsing your synthetic grass daily, it should last you anywhere from 6 months to a year.

NOTE: The grass mat is packed in roll. Its blades will be fluffed up after you unroll the packing and put the grass mat in the sun for few hours.

If you cut the grass mat to fit your area, please use a leaf blower to blow off the "loosing grass fibers" after cutting.

CLEANING TIPS:

DAILY (It depends) - Pour warm water over the grass mat to flush out extra urine.

WEEKLY (2-3 times) - Wash with soap and warm water (or a mixture of 50/50 white vinegar and water) in under 10 minutes, or with a sprayer or hose, and allow to dry completely.

Answer:	I wouldn’t. I washed mine with a hose outdoors.

Answer:	Yes, I use on my atrium for my dog. It has holes threw the padded lining so hosing down monthly works well do need to fold in half for easier/faster drying. Living in California and not in direct sun or extreme weather I expect the life of the padding should last many years.

Answer:	This grass is very durable. We have heavy rod iron furniture on it. The grass has a thick base,it never comes up or curls. We've had substantial rain, winds, and its remained completely unchanged. It looks like brand new sod.

Answer:	If you are talking about plastic decking, you should not need anything under the grass.

Answer:	It looks like the bottom of a black plastic pan.
Question:	What size pee pad will it fit
Answer:	My male dog is 11lbs and has no problem at all. Lifts leg, but it goes directly onto grass. I put a pee pad underneath. I would recommend a small rug or something underneath if you are worried to maybe absorb some splash.

Answer:	yes, but generally unhappy with it in the summer. the plastic turf gets very hot. but if you have shade, you would be okay.

Answer:	You can order them on line or your local pet store. I find those to be expensive. I go to Lowe’s or HomeDepot and buy artificial grass by the yard

1.Daily - Simply wash the turf and the tray with warm water.

The Better Way to Training Your Dogs:

1. Wait for your puppy to have an accident in the house (preferably on hard flooring).

Answer:	No tray. We put it outside over rocks. Maybe weewee pads underneath if used inside?

Answer:	I keep mine in a plastic tray I got from Fresh Patch. I use the extra large tray and I cut the grass to fit it. It’s very windy on my balcony too and I haven’t had any problems with it moving around. I suggest using puppy pads underneath, changing the pads, rinsing the grass and tray every day. Otherwise it gets really stinky. I just use a mild dog shampoo on the grass and tray and rinse with my garden hose. I wouldn’t suggest getting something like this unless you have the ability to clean it outdoors and often.
Question:	How to order extra washable pad for this system
Answer:	There is a link in my review... The only one with a video that has a link in its exact dimensions for a pad made for this turf. It has loops to secure it and the fit is spot on. Not to mention the pad is reusable saving you tons.I purchased 2 and love them!
Question:	The instructions say to spray the inducer on the grass. Mine did not come with any inducer. Was this supposed to be included?! Thanks
Answer:	I hang it over a railing on my deck and pour a mixture of 50/50 water and white vinegar all over it. Then in about 10-20 min I Spray it off with a water hose. Let air dry.

Answer:	I use two of them because I have 5 small dogs. It has about an inch lip so it would depend upon the size and and how many dogs are going to use it.
