Answer:	Firstly, use a fine black light UV flashlight to find the carpets stain. I would recommend a great black light FLASHLIGHT Asin: B07BC8L581, it is a real 365nm black light with black filter lens, you are sure to see it.

Answer:	It has worked well for me. It reduces the smell pretty well. I typically wash first, then a second time with a cup of the solution. It also works well if you wet the garnet then apply the solution. I don't apply to dry fabric. It removes most of the smell but not all. Uruines ruins stretchy fabric like bathing suites. If that's your application, then it's already too late. You can fix the smell, but not the destruction. That's the urine doing the damage, not the Clorox.

CONCRETE & TILE

Safe to use on concrete and tile! When using on concrete, we recommend covering the treated area with plastic to keep the product wet and active for a few hours. Because concrete is so porous, a treated area can dry out very quickly, especially in warm climates. Placing a piece of plastic or a damp towel over the treated area can help keep the product wet and active.

HARDWOOD & LAMINATE

Our product is safe to use on most hardwood and laminate floors. Just be sure to test in a small inconspicuous area first and don't leave any standing liquid on the wood. Too much liquid in some wood types can lead to swelling.

LAUNDRY

Need to wash something with a gross stain? Pre-spray the soiled area and allow to soak for ten minutes before putting in the wash as usual. You can also use 1-2 cups of Stain & Odor Eliminator in a pre-soak cycle to help eliminate gross stains and smells. Then wash as usual.

DIRECTIONS FOR SURFACE STAINS

Pre-test for colorfastness on a hidden area. if color appears on cloth, discontinue use. Remove as much of the stain or pet urine as possible using a highly absorbent towel.

1. Apply a liberal amount of Rocco & Roxie Stain & Odor Eliminator to the affected area.

2. Let stand 30-60 minutes, then blot with a cloth and let air dry.

STEP 1: SOAK THE STAIN

Use enough product to thoroughly penetrate both the carpet and underlying pad (or upholstery and underlying cushion). The best practice is to try and soak the problem area with an amount Stain & Odor Eliminator equal to the urine. This allows the product to penetrate deep into the carpet and come in full contact with the urine.

STEP 2: LET IT SIT

One hour is the minimum recommended time for existing stains and/or severe odor problems. The longer the treated area can soak, the better. In some circumstances it might be beneficial to allow the affected area to soak overnight.

STEP 3: COVER WITH TOWEL AND WEIGHT

Fold a towel and place it over the treated area with a weighted object on top to wick the residual liquid out of the affected area.

STEP 4: VACUUM & INSPECT

Once dried, vacuum and inspect the treated area. Stain and odor should be gone. If not, repeat procedure. Older stains or persistent odor problems may require more than one treatment.

Answer:	Heat will destroy the active enzymes in this product. If the pee was completely held in the drum (and did not seep/drip into other parts of the dryer) AND you didn't accidentally run the dryer with liquid pee inside, you should use this product (or the same product made especially for hard wood floors). Clean all the pee with a damp cloth or paper towel. Avoid using any other chemical cleaners as they will destroy the enzymes in this product. If you did use other chemicals, remove any possible residue. I would recommend the "hard wood floor version" of this product for hard surfaces like your dryer drum. After you have used this product, you might want to follow-up with rubbing an Oxy-Clean solution on the pee-spot using a cloth (oyy-clean seems to work pretty well on residual odors). If pee escaped into the inner parts of the dryer, you have a problem that would require dis-assembly of the dryer in order to treat the inner parts. Do not attempt this yourself--call an appliance repair service to do it. Or, get a new dryer.
Question:	How strong of a smell does the product itself have? How long does it linger
Answer:	Quick answer - Overwhelming, awful, headache producing, strong. The original one is virtually odorless, and works great! Why did they have to change it?!?! They now have this "Updated Formula", so I got it, being it was new, and *half* the price of the original ($5.99 vs $11.99)! The smell is unbearable. I did *two sprays" on a hard floor, and it was so overwhelming I had to go over & over it with plain water & a mop to try & get rid of the smell, yet somehow it still lingered. Then I had to wash the mop head to get the smell out of that. Why make an updated formula, when the original was just fine! So I just ordered the original one, and paid the extra price. I guess it's worth it to not have that awful smell! (Like clorox, lysol & citrus all mixed together into a giant chemical headache) The day I ordered this updated formula, I also ordered their "Nature’s Miracle P-98174 Set-In Stain Destroyer Dog, Oxy Orange", also way too overwhelming to use, and the "Nature’s Miracle Hard Floor Cleaner", which is like half the smell of the updated formula - still awful, but mixed with water somewhat bearable until my new bottle of the original gets here.

Answer:	This product works because it counteracts the pheromones and also the bacteria in the urine/feces so it will work on whatever is soils. It seems that the cat is not happy with the presence of the dog. It may be that, as good as this product is, the cat will see the dog use the bed and "make" a statement by acting out. The product does have a lavender scent, however, which is known to reduce anxiety levels in animals. No one can guarantee changing the cat's behavior for sure, but the product is great at eliminating unwanted odors/stains. Perhaps the cat will grow tired in acting out this way and just get into some mischief elsewhere. Good luck.

Answer:	I've been using this with my carpet shampoo cleaner and its been a real life saver. I have a Hoover upright carpet cleaner, and I use 2 capsules of angry orange in the water tank. This stuff is extra concentrated, so I don't recommend using any more than that.

Answer:	I had a roommate that left behind 100 dog urine spots in a 225 sq foot room. The carpeting is 40 year old wool, otherwise in beautiful shape. The smell was horrendous once cold weather set in and windows were always closed. I purchased just about every urine removal product available and nothing worked. I hated the idea of having to rip out and throw away this beautiful wool carpeting. I searched the internet for solutions and found a formula for 32 oz hydrogen peroxide, 1/4-1/2 cu baking soda and 1 tbsp of dish soap. Unfortunately I don't have any wood surfaces, so can't tell you how the product would work on that. But I did pour the mixture mentioned into the carpet and enough to soak into the padding. The instructions said to let it dry, vacuum out baking soda powder. I had to shampoo the carpeting as it is a darker color and I could still see baking soda powder once dry. I've sniffed every inch of the carpet and it smells good now. Unfortunately the Angry Orange,though filling my home with an amazing aroma, did not remove the odor, even when a dilution was poured into the carpet and allowed to soak for days. If the spot you are trying to clean is out of the way, you might try the peroxide. For a wood floor, I would suggest covering the treated area with something to help the mixture penetrate the surface for a day or so. Sadly, both urine and possibly this mixture could permanently stain.

Answer:	Yes!!! WD-40!.. Spray WD-40 on the sticky residue and it will dissolve it completely. Clean up with soapy water! WD-40 is great for removing sticky residues. I even dissolved road tar with it on my trucks body, but had to spray it for several days, left it on then washed it off after it penetrated the tar completely. Read on the can of WD-40 for all the things it's good for. It's an amazing product to carry at home.

Answer:	No! I would use the hot water first on the area, and then apply liberally Simple Solution for stain and odor control.

Answer:	Well, my dog doesn't have a marking problem, but my cat had a habit of peeing in the same place if for some reason she didn't want to use the litter box or access to the litter box was blocked, and I feel pretty confident that this removes all trace because after I started using this she stopped going back to the same spot and started using her box again. Before I was cleaning the floor up with just about every cleaning solution you can imagine and it didn't seem to help, she'd just keep returning to the scene of the crime. As for the smell, it smells like a mild cleaning solution. It definitely isn't terrible, I've never been bothered by it.

Answer:	I initially purchased Simple Solution's regular "Stain & Odor Remover" and then the 2nd time I purchased the "EXTREME Stain & Odor Remover" . Both are specific for pet messes such as urine, feces and vomit and include Pro-Bacteria and enzymes that break down the organic proteins to neutralize odors, however, Extreme is 3X concentrated. You don't mix either with water, both are safe around pets and children and can be used on any water safe surface. DIFFERENCES: The less concentrated one you have to let it sit for 10 minutes or more and the Extreme only 5 minutes or more. I also noticed that the regular "Stain & Odor Remover" smells good since it's less concentrated.As far as the light, it's suppose to locate areas on walls, etc, where urine is that you can't see. I havent found them useful at all since it lights up other things such as lent and other particles. You can buy them at most stores for around $5.00.

I switched to the Philips Norelco NT9110, and its been working great for almost two years now and it does come with the eye brow attachment. Its a little hard to use due to its shape but Im much happier with it than the Andis.
