1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. In a large bowl coat cauliflower with olive oil.
3. Add ½ cup breadcrumbs and toss to coat

Answer:	The Classic and Southern are the same, but the creamy ranch has buttermilk powder and some other ingredients like lactose, malic acid, and carrageenan (the latter to hold it together since buttermilk powder thins out in a weird way)... the flavor is much milder than the classic/southern because of the buttermilk powder, maltodextrin, and the other added ingredients, and honestly it doesn't give a buttermilk-like flavor; better to use actual buttermilk or just take thick yogurt and maybe mayo if you eat it, sour cream, lebni, etc all fine substitutes (or with cream cheese it makes a good dip). Stick to the classic if you want the fullest flavor and when you're making it, be it dressing or dip, definitely start with less of the base because for some carriers (thicker yogurts/lebni/cream cheese) one packet is better suited for 16oz than 32--better to have less dressing at the right strength than 32 oz of what may be weaker than you like.
