Answer:	I love these! We have a medium on our old timer small lab mix, about 30/40 pounds and it works great. Her waist seems to be about 25" give or take. Answer:	The Velcro tabs will attach to the Velcro on the diaper. Or, if the diaper doesn’t have Velcro it did attach to the waist of the diaper next to the diaper tabs.
Question:	What size would I need to get for a 5 mo old boxer whose collar to tail measurement is 20", chest measurement is 23", and she's around 30 lbs
Answer:	Both ends of the suspenders have the “hooks” part used in Velcro. They stick to the softer “loops” that are around the top edge of the diaper. We also use a diaper cover that has Velcro on it, so the suspenders work with that as well for an extra layer of protection.
Question:	Has anyone used this on a pug? For the length, she comes out as a small. But she weighs about 22 pounds
Answer:	For my male the wrap is tight around his belly. His chest is thicker so it doesn’t ride up, he just squirmed his way out of it. The suspenders prevent that from happening. If you crisscross the suspenders around the neck as shown in the picture it resists the twisting of the wrap.
Question:	Can this be used for male dogs with both bowel and urinary incontinences
Answer:	I don't have a problem, but maybe it depends on the size of the dog. I have a Frenchie and it doesn't bother his neck. Maybe for a larger dog it may be too tight.
