Answer:	When I read the description of this product (on Amazon), it says that some animals may be sensitive to alcohol, and it recommends that you dilute it. Since the box makes it clear that there is no alcohol in this product, I have to assume that this is a general description of their products. They also have other products for pets and some are made for human beings as well.

Answer:	You can dilute the regular Rescue Remedy in water for your pet if you are concerned about alcohol. Also, I have been told by healers that the remedy does not have to go in your pet's mouth. It can go anywhere in its "energy field," such as on its fur. That is why I am getting the regular Rescue Remedy spray for both me and my dogs. I have the RR for pets and my dogs do not like it put on their mouth.

As this is an animal medication, I do not know if the ingredient list requirements are as rigid as with human medication. Accordingly, I really do not know if there is any preservative. Sorry. But I can tell you that my little guy is really sensitive to many things -- all kinds of annoying allergies -- and he doesn't have any problems with these drops.

Answer:	I purchased this item at the suggestion of the doctor. In his office, he used warm water, and I did the same at home. HOWEVER, you will have better results if you purchase ear drops that help soften the ear wax. It is over the counter. The drops were used in the doctors office, for my son. He had to lay on his side for about 5-10 minutes to allow the drops to work. He sat up, the wash kit was used, and it definitely worked. I used the EarClear for my husband, and it worked just as easily as at the doctor's office. Follow the directions, and you won't be disappointed.
