Sure, fish oil provides EPA and DHA too, but Krill oil contains higher levels of EPA than fish oil. Krill also come from small crustaceans instead of fatty fish, so it's healthier. There's a lot of good info on the Internet to compare the two. That was how I switched from salmon chews to Krill Bites for my furbabies.

Answer:	I've taken multiple high end Cod liver Oil / Omega 3 /6 / 9/ Krill oil in both liquid and pill forms. Recent studies have shown good quality fish oil works as well or better than either krill or cod. Just make sure it has the right ingredients Omega-3 Fatty Acids EPA and DHA. Astaxathin isn't any better than pure ECGC from Green tea. You need the purest form though 50 to 70 percent ECGC. Don't be clobbered by trends and high prices. Usually in a year or two the price drops and a new "perfect" supplement comes out. Otherwise your just wasting your money in my opinion. Do more research and don't be fooled by Mercola and all the others making millions off you. Remember they have a stake in what you buy. Do your own research don't rely on tainted studies that are biased. Think about it when you take this stuff does your life change or are you just taxing your organs?

Answer:	It does need to be kept in the refrigerator after opening to maintain freshness. There is no expiration on the packaging (I looked on my bottle). In the refrigerator it should last 9-10 months if it falls into line with other natural salmon oils I have used in the past. You won't use it all due to her size as she will only be taking a half a teaspoon a day. Another thought, you can make treats with the salmon oil too. Answer:	After trying all the hints, I used BronxRev comments and it worked! I used my phone flashlight and looked at the top of the pump, it has a very small arrow indicating which direction to turn the pump (counterclockwise). Then I took pump off the bottle, washed off the oil I wasted, abd dried the pump. I got a paper towel and gripped the clear tube part very hard. Then I used my right hand to rotate the very top of the pump (mine was orange) while keeping hard grip on the lower clear area of pump. And after a few seconds of rotating the top orange part, it came loose and popped open. TG!! They need to either fix this design or put in a little video showing how! Gotta go now and take a shower cuz I feel like its needed so I can get rid if the fushy smell!!!
