Question:	My dog's neck measures 13", so in between medium and large. Which size should I order
Answer:	I would do the large. My dog's neck measured right at 12". Although the medium was secure on him, because of the velcro, there was a slight gap.

So this blow up ring, a plastic cone and his foot still had to be kept badged so he couldn't get to his stitche the second go round. 50/50 if your dog has a long neck and he's a chewer.
